Got a call today, they wanted the person in charge of the PECO account...I'm assuming this is someone trying to sell us on changing our energy supplier. The call back number (215-302-3693x4032) was not the number they called on.

I get a few calls a day from this number and no one was there.  I called back and it was answered by a real person.  "Customer Care" was how she answered and claimed to answer for several companies and could not direct my call to anyone unless I had a name or extension number.  I asked to be connected to the first person on her list. After telling me that did not work that way she hung up on me.  I called back and she hung up again.
