This won't stop them from calling but it will stop them from bothering you. Here's what you do: Save each scam or telemarketer number to your directory with some kind of name like Junk1, Junk2, Junk3, etc. Then create a "group" and give it name like "Junk" "Scam"or "Do not answer" and move each junk call to that group. Make the ringtone for that group Silent. I didn't have a "silent" option on my phone but did have the option to record my own ringtone so I "recorded" 30 seconds of silence. Now when they call a second time I never know it until I look at the phone for some other reason and see at a glance it was a Junk call.

To DNC Registry (Complaint):
Credit card services again (how many times will I get this?) I hit 1, the idiot answers, I quickly say, "Why are you calling me? I'm on the Do Not Call list". He says "This is why" and rap musics starts to play (either his "hold" music or he put phone up to a speaker).
This DNC list is useless if you aren't hitting them with huge fines. If you're waiting for multiple people to complain at a given number at a given time when most are too lazy to complain, what's the point?

I got their call today on a number that is on the donotcall list.  I have submitted a complaint to FTC.

The number traces to a Verizon cellular customer in Cleveland.  It is clearly a scammer.

he call said it would lower my credit card interest. I do not have credit card interest now, so I knew they didn't know me. Said to press "1" to talk to someone. I did. She ask me about lowering my interest. I ask her if she knew who I was. I figure she should if she was calling about MY credit card. She hung up the phone quickly. When I called back it said the mail box of Darrell Gall (what it sounded like) was full. FRAUD

Another company with more money than brains. Who would hire them. They should save their money and stop bothering people with useless phone calls.

They called me today at about noon est. Tom sounded like a feminine male with a southern accent. I called back and got a full voicemail box with some gibberish for the name. Sounded foreign middle eastern possibly. Reported it to link posted by someone in the thread and hope they catch these a** monkeys. I can't stand scammers. The number showed Cleveland Ohio as the location.

this number keeps calling us on 2 cell phones and our home phone.  we have all 3 registered on do not call.

216 212 1703 was a robo call for a credit account of some type.

Called my cell phone number (which I do not give out so it was probably an automated robocall). Violated Do Not Call registration. Left no message when I didn't answer.

Go to text2day look up the carrier in there then flood there a***s with text..free texts thru text2day.. flood them and they will give this s*** up!!

Received a call from them saying this was the last time they would call to offer lowering the interest rate on my credit card to 6.99% and pressed one to call them back.  Tommy from cardmember services answered and asked if I was calling back about lowering my interest rates.  I said sure now what credit card is this for?  He hung up immediately.  
Plus I had this call and they left a message a few weeks back, would never give out info to someone like this it felt like they were going to be fishing for my info.

got 2 calls withen a couple minutes but I did not answer.When i called back I got a recording that this number is not acepting calls.

Got a robo-call offering to lower my credit card interest rates.  Pressed one.  Talked to live person.  Explained my number was on the federal do not call registry.  Person hung on me (no real surprise there).  Immediately logged in on the federal site and filed a complaint.

Scammer calling to "lower my interest rates from card services" Tried to talk to "Rick" to let let him know my phone is on the national do not call list and he hung up on me! Imagine that.

just received a call from them 10:00am.  they didn't leave a message.

This is a SCAM robo-sales call to try to get you to sign up for a credit card.  They are SUPER rude if you stay on the line to ask to be removed from their list.  The phone number won't let you call it back.
