why would you not pay your debt if you had funds to do it. it sounds like to me he did nothing wrong.

This Richard Scott also called my fiance stating he was a collectoin attorney demanding him to pay an old credit card balance from 1997.  He wanted him to put it on one of his good current credit cards in the amount of $3500.00.  He stated there would be no statments or paperwork sent out.  He also called him by the name his goes by, not his legal name that would have been listed on the credit card.  He was also very rude an unprofessional.

Called and harassed my mother.
He wanted and told her that she needs to pay $2100 in debt right now and with out sending any papers.

So I told her told tell him anything, and that they need to send you information, on the debt, and that he will here from my attorney.

Before that he puts another guy on the phone that tell my mom, a bunch of childish thing etc.

Said he was from D&R assoc.

said he was richard scott and was doing an investigation about people i didnt know.   called me by the wrong name and harassed me about some different people that i was unaware of then hung up on me.
