I got a text from this number too, and they knew my first name.  I texted back and they never responded.  This is a phone I use for both work and personal.

Texts from 234-564-4424! I don't give out my cell #! saying they have not heard from me in a while, BUT they know my first name. I expect it is a scam of some sort!
