Its DTE Energy, an automated voice so you can pay your bill. ITS LATE

Got two calls in the middle of the afternoon from them.  Didn't answer cuz it's my cell phone.  Called back and the TelCo recording says the number is not in service.  How the hell can that be?

filed a BP claim and this is the number they are calling from. CLEAN UP THE GULF OR PAY ME $1000 is what I said. Should see my check in the mail next week. :)

I don't even use DTE for anything, and I'm getting these calls every morning.

The recording takes a LONG time before it starts but it has always been to say that they will be out to read my meter in the next couple of days.  To please secure any dogs or other anilmals for their safety and the safety of their workers.

While it definitely is a call from DTE, it is NOT necessarily a delinquent bill!  They call from this number too to tell you about meter readers being in your area, so be sure to secure all dogs.

I can't stand when people like you try to give a lecture on these 800Notes board. You don't know people's circumstances. Keep living...especially in times like this and you'll see what I mean....

i received a call from 248 455 0889 yesterday and 248 455 0880 today. I could not figure out why DTE woudl be calling me as I don't have them....this call was for my sister who had called DTE from my cell phone. This number is DTE they finally left a message.

I've gotten this phone call many of times.  Every time I pick up and say hello, no one responds.  It's just dead air.  I call it back and it says the number is not in service.  Never once have I been late on a DTE payment so I know it can't be that.  I tried to get it blocked by my phone company said they can't do it.  It's very annoying.

Don't waste your time, pay your energy bill and they wont call you anymore

Well... 248 455 0880 called again.  It is a BOT line from DTE energy for delinquent payments.  Basically if you get this call it it means your account is past due.  I had been out of town and missed my payment last month, this was just a friendly reminder.  I suggest you answer when it calls.

I got a call from this number at 10:15, I was in the shower but after a quick google search I decided I won't be calling back.

Keep getting phone calls from this number with the same response when I call back, "not in service".

there must be a way to find out where this number is coming from - I get the same response - this number is not in service when I try to call back.

They woke me up at 8:00am

Someone called me from #248-455-0880 at 10:06am. I answered it and for the 30 seconds they were on the line no one said anything even after I repeatedly said hello. I could hear some faint noise in the background but they wouldn't speak. I hung up and called it write back. I got a recording that said the number is not in service. If I continue to get these types of calls I will contact my phone carrier for the paperwork and file a report for harrassing phone calls with local PD and pay whatever fee is required for the trace and prosicute for harrassing phone calls. I'm tired of calls like this. Especially when I answer and nobody responds.

I receive this Phone Number 1-248-455-0880 and 1-248-0889 starting 7am and they keep calling back and forth with these numbers up to 10:00 Pm. It's annoying, I wish I could stop them.  And who are these People?  It's Nuts and Invasion of Privacy. I can't wait until they Pass a Law that it's Illegal to Call someone over 5 times without Permission.

A voice recording says, "If this is Chris _____, please press 1 and if "no" press 2."  I did not press anything and the call ends.
