Recorded message - Jim Kastama for Washington Secretary of State.

This number was used to leave a message on my machine, using a computer generated voice. The message left said they were going to break my neck. I called the Sheriffs office gave them the phone number and played the message for them. A deputy contacted me and said they will look into it.
