I really thought that Verizon was top notch. The service I have no problem with the only problem I have with the service is the data. They make a killing from the data usage. The majority of people are internet users and they no this is where they will get their customers. They have the better service and they take advantage of this in that area. There is no unlimited service to purchase and that is how they make there money. (If T-Mobile's service in this area had not been terrible. I would have never left them never. But the service was awful but other than that they accommodated the customer, and were truly concerned with keeping you as a customer. T-mobile offered unlimited everything plans and it meant unlimited.) Then with Verizon the customer service is something serious. I wonder if they have a certain quota to meet every week or month. The text messages and  phone calls are so aggravating. Yes, they need to address this problem and sort out the good representatives from the bad. So up to work to fill a spot is not the same as showing up to serve the public. Customer Service in the United States has been taken for a joke now anyway. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Business now have the deal with it the rules are set if you don't like it go some where else. That is no way to run and business, it makes the public lose respect for what you set out to provide. Good Customer Service goes a long way.

3rd of 3 calls in last hour one was listed as security
one to lower credit card interest
so sick of these people
oh yeah 2 on my cell phone within an hour of each other

If this is Verizon, their associates are jerks. I answered the phone and it was silent for like 30a seconds. I kept saying, "hello?" and they hung up.

Repeatedly calls but no message when I do not answer and no response when I do answer.  Creepy because it happens at all hours of the day.

This is a Verizon Wireless Financial Services call.
