Got a text from this number saying "hey ;)" then they proceeded acting as if they were some girl I that knows me... They then proceeded to ask me to add them on yahoo messenger while was clearly telling them hand no clue who they were

Yeah same day all of you got the txt as did I. They knew my name & everything. Tried to call it & it was a weird voicemail after no answer

I just got a text from this number: "heyyyy (firstname)". Glad I looked it up before replying, as I always do with calls from unknown numbers. I don't know anybody in Kentucky and haven't posted on Craigslist or even had a resume on Monster for a few years now.

I just realized, I posted a craigslist for-sale ad recently with my # and my first name. Only thing I can think of where someone might have grabbed it.

Got a text from this #, they didn't identify themselves and they called me by name - "hiiii Paul". This is no one I've ever called. Interesting to see other people reporting something similar. I didn't respond back.

I also just got a text from this number... Know idea who it is...

A little creepy seeing the # on this site after getting a text from it, they knew my first name too.
