Called and left a voicemail this AM inquiring about a $90k loan application that I submitted online (which I never did). Caller said he was a George Brown from Bancorp. Left an alternate number of (301) 986-3898 to callback. Sounded like a scam.

Just got a voicemail from a George Brown (did not sound like a George Brown) saying he was from Bancorp and had some questions regarding a $90k loan application that I submitted online (I have not submitted any loan applications online). Left a c/b number of (301) 986-3898 to answer questions. Not calling. Message sounded like a scam.

I also got a strange call from this number at 05:22 a.m. I was not a happy camper, because once awakened, I cannot get back to sleep.
So the call is from GEICO, huh?
