These people are incredibly persistent. We refuse to answer and they refuse to leave a message. They make a call at least one time each day. VERY annoying.

They called me, but I will not answer!

Number was on my caller ID. From the above posts, it sounds like the Washington Post. I have been receiving their ad pages on the weekend for several years. Someone had come to the door and signed me up. Lately the package has also included Parade Magazine.

At 11:00pm I got call stating they wanted to verify my address for Sunday delivery of coupons to my house from their circulation department.  The coupons would be delivered with the Sunday paper. (I do not get a Sunday newspaper.) She would not tell me the name of her company. She asked me to verify an old address, but I refused and I would not provide my current address.  I told her I was not interested in the coupons, I do not give information to someone I do not know,  and not to call me again. This definately appeared to be some sort of scam!!!

I got four call from this number today. When I called it back the woman told me that I had called the circulation department, but she would tell what company this is this circulation department for.  She also told me that I needed to talk to a supervisor to have my number removed because I was not calling from the number to be removed.  They have called me four times on my home phone and it transferred to my cell phone because I didn't answer the home.  The supervisor said that she would remove the number. What company is calling me?????? Does anyone know???
