I get calls at 10:30pm from this phone number, which is illegal if after 9pm. I have caller-id so I ignore the calls, he hangs up with no message left on my machine.  That alone tells me he is a thief and a coward. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Atty General for harrassment against this coward. I suggest everyone else do the same.

Glad I am not the only one that caught on to this frauds threats. And guess what? I am still here sitting in my nice cozy home enjoying the summer weather. The police didn't cuff me yet! I hope his flight was enjoyable. It must have been a "Flight Simulator."

I to recieved a call from the guy " Victor White" claiming to have been hired to file a  case against me and that he was coming to California to do this i like everybody else said yeah right this was just another attempt to collect a debt he told me failure to respond would result in me being served a court order to appear in court so like most i laughed and hu..Well this morning i got served..who would of thought that with all the fakes in the world this guy was real dead..D*MN...I tried to call back but he wouldnt take my call just told me i will see you in court and have a good.victor

Received a threatening voicemail this morning from a "Attorney" by the name of Victor White. Claimed he was going to have a warrant issued because I failed to pay back a "Pay Day Loan." Stated he was flying to Minnesota to file charges against me. A little extreme for a $700 debt. Further, the matter is civil and therefor his collection tactics are illegal. It is ILLEGAL to threaten arrest/prosecution/jail as consequence of an unpaid debt. Told him to have a safe flight.

A search of the number came up with nothing but a search of 305-712-xxxx came up with a bunch of interesting notes. Looks like a pattern.
