Recieved a call from this number and asked for me and then my husband. Called back and it said that it is disconnected.

Almost unintelligible English, short words.  Asked for my husband and I asked for what purpose and they said "Kobe" and hung up

you can file a police report, will it do any good? probably not. But you will have a history to go off of for harassment.

I got a call from these people on Sept 10, they called twice, I did not pick up the phone, they then called me a third time, tired of listening to the phone ring, I picked up.  A guy with broken english answered and said it was about my credit cards. I told him I was not having a problem with my cards, they got defensive and said its not that you are late maam but we want to offer you an opportunity to get zero interest on your cards, I told him I was not interested, they hung up.  I then get an immediate call back from the guy saying just talk to them and they can help. i told him fine, let me talk to him. The funniest thing I did was then to hang up on the guy. HE again called back AGAIN, I went outside to ignore the phone. He tried 6 more times, and then at the 6th call I finally picked up, yelled at them telling themI was not interested. he transfered me to the pushy person and he said I can help.  I said I told the guy I didnt want the help and he FINALLY hung up, so yes these people harrass like crazy.  What can we do about this?

called, left message not knowing it. he whistled, talked to other people, and didn't realize he was connected to my line. LOL he was having a good old time with his headset on his head... hehehe

This is the 2nd call I've rec'd from them.  The guy tells me his name is Mike Nelson, from Consumer Financial, has a native India or African type accent.  Information provided in prior notes is correct, this is a scam, same number / adr and other info. FYI, You can work with your creditors, by calling them and having them reduce your payments or dropping your interest rate to 0% and closing the account, with a fixed monthly rate.  OR, Go directly to your local chapter Christin Credit Counseling or Consumer Credit Counseling for assistance.  Not all are willing, but some are. Some creditors aren't sure what they are going to do, at this point, but if you let them know you want to work them, its a start.  Best of luck!

These people been calling me for days. I finally picked it up this morning. My phone read (Gordon Memorial). I told them I was not interested in buying anything. They told me it was about my Credit Card Debts. I told the lady who spoke good engish that I have no credit cards. Which I don't. She then hung up on me. They tried as I mentioned earlier to get ahold of me for days.

I've been receiving these calls for the past two weeks but I've never picked the phone up because I usually don't answer calls I don't know if it's important they can leave a message. But today I called this number back and it was disconnected so I researched the number and it belongs to a William Tuma at 301 Haig St., Gordon, NE 69343-1715 if anyone wanted to report them because I haven't talked to anyone from this number so I'm not sure what they are after. First of all we do have a Chase credit card which has been tampered with this month.  Here is how:  Our normal payment is $46 and it was changed to $114.00 now for no reason.  We never add more debt to the card.  We have been slowing paying it DOWN.    We always pay on time.  We are now getting the scammer mentioned above who is calling us.  They hang up on our answering machine before we get to hear who they are or what they want from us.  They always make harassing calls with specific TIMING.  They call during the time we are watching the "Law & ORder" Detective Program on TV and it is about "stalking and murder."  They also called same day as I was opening my eyes from a nap on my living room couch.   Seems like they are able to SPY on us in our own living room.   I feel they are connected to the credit card fraud.   Does anyone else feel they are tampering with your mail and your credit cards as well?????   I keep documented journals/logs on all harassing hang up callers and will report this to the Police soon.  I also file many complaints with the F.T.C. online since I am on the "www.donotcall.gov" national listing.   Feels like more terrorism to us.

I got a few calls from this number.  THe second time a man knew my name and call me by my last name as Mr. X.  I asked Him what is the reason for this call.  He hang up the telephone.  I dail the number off my Calling ID and this number been disconnected.  These people told me they are calling from Florida.  I said this is not a Florida Area Code this came from NE.  They call me this afternoon and a Lady asked if I have high interest loan from any credit card.  I told her no and when I have her on the telephone I call this number back on my other telephone.  This number was disconnected or not in service.  I ask her I do not understand the number on my Calling ID you call from is not a working number.  She got off the telephone very first.  When I check the number out.  A man name Bill T own this number from Gorndon, NB. Two Times I put a trace on this number.  If they call again I will report these calls to the police.  These people like to scam people to get they credit card numbers.

Called major accent asked if I was mr.bla bla, said he could help me pay less on credit cards. i said oh yea sounds great your name is.  he hang up, called back and number says disconnected.

called said nothing. I called right back and got recording saying the number had been disconnected.

Person on line, without good English speaking skills, asked if I was paying more then 6% interest on credit cards. WHO DOESN'T I thought to myself!! Claims they had information that I was. Obviously their research dept failed since I only charge what I can pay each month. And, if I don't pay, our fearless leader will gladly pick up my tab I'm sure. Now that's a bail-out I could live with, LOL!!
