I fell for the scam too -- a woman came to my door asking if I wanted to enter a contest to win a free carpet cleaning...I said ok and she took my info down. Several days later she called and told me I had won so I foolishly set up an appt. for a free cleaning. She told me to vaccum my carpet 30 minutes before she came which seemed reasonable.

After she arrived she proceeded to pull out her Kirby vacuum cleaner in pieces and assemble it. When assembled, she used it to pull piles of dirt onto the filters before finally getting around to the vacuuming part an hour or so later. Of course I was impressed, which is the whole purpose.

The substance used by the Kirby vacuum cleaner is a foam and if I had known the damage it would cause to my carpet I never would have consented. Now, since the demo (and much pressure to buy the Kirby product) I have tried to steam clean my carpet and am left with a huge ugly brown area of discoloration with a foul chemical smell.

No telling what toxic chemical reaction has occurred, but I am sure it is hazardous to both me and my pets. I have tried everything to get the stain out and nothing has worked. I shudder to think of her total disregard for my request not to empty that cleaner and clean her tools in my kitchen sink - she didn't listen to me. She kept saying it's non-toxic. Like heck it is! She was so disrespectful and jsut didn't care about anything but a sale!

The woman got downright obnoxious and mean while she was here, trying different tactics to sell me this high priced product I could not afford. She entered my home under false pretenses by being deceptive and then got nasty with me when I didn't purchase the product. First she tried to convince me what a great product the Kirby is, then when that didn't work, guilt and shame and just plain nastiness.

She kept trying to tell me if I purchased the Kirby that would help her win a trip to Branson but not to let that influence me - I didn't and I think that made her angry. Now I am left with this awful stain to contend with - I rent so I am sure my landlord will not take kindly to this. I have tried everything. Next I guess I will have to try a professional carpet cleaning service to remove the awful stain caused by the Kirby product.

This number called my cell phone number many, many times and never left a message.   I finally gave the phone to my husband who then answered and asked who was calling.  The woman on the other end said she could not talk to him, only me, concerning a free gift certificate.  He then asked for more information and she would not give it to him.  After they went back and forth for a short while, he handed me the phone.  The woman then changed her tone and told me that my friend - and gave me the specific name of my friend - gave her my number for a free gift certificate for a carpet shampooing.  Said they could do, I believe, a couple of rooms for free.  I said I had a carpet shampooer and was not interested.  She repeated that it was free and went on about spot cleaning and such.  I repeated no, I have a shampooer, I am fine.  Then she said okay.  So when I was finally on the phone I would say she was pushy for a bit, and then let it go.  However, the calling was relentless (at least twice a day for days). I am extremely irritated with my "friend" for giving this company (who she said was based in Minnetonka) my cell number.  I would assume if they actually came to my house they would do the one or two rooms for free and then try to persuade me to do other rooms for payment.  Or, if they are doing rooms for free I would need to give them a list of my friend's numbers to make it "free"? Nothing is for free.

I saw the ad for "Customer Service" positions that Premier posted. I was interested as I have been out of steady full-time work for over six years. (I was downsized due to corporate "right-sizing.") Before I answer ads for employment, I (always) do an online search to get the consumer view of the company. After reading through these responses, I am removing this company from my potential employer list. I have received many prestigious customer service awards throughout my career and in no way want to be connected with a company that allows this sort of behavior. Consumers today can afford to be choosy in selecting the company delivering their product of choice. Companies that do not take that to heart will fail.

Same thing PSI - never a human, always a disconnect

I have two lines in my home and PSI has been calling twice daily on both numbers.   When we answer, it disconnects.   Tried calling the number back but no one answers.

This company called me, too. I dialed back for hours. They said they were Premiere something or other. Then they said that a relative must have referred me for carpet cleaning. I laughed and asked what idiot in my family did that since I have hard wood floors! they did say they'd take my name and # off. I hope they do because the next call is to the state attorney general's office.

Called and said she was referred to me by Chris and Jesse, I said who?? She said Chris and Jesse Mockovich. I said I didn't know them, she hung up on me! Called back busy!

Another annoying intrusion.  They hung up when I answered.

They have called our home several times. Today we answered, they asked for my husband but before he got on the phone they hung up...............

Haha this is so funny! I got a call from -5390 and -0794 and they didnt leave a message either. Im glad I googled it and found out about it from you guys.....now I know to not answer my phone!!! Thanks! :)

I have receiced calls from 952-224-0794, 952-224-0796, 952-224-5390, and 952-935-7044.  ALL with the Caller ID Name of John Henry.  They never leave a message.  I believe this is a telemarketer from The Kirby Company - trying to setup an in-home demo to sell me a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner.

This number called my home phone and asked for my husband. 952-224-0794 John Henry.  Wouldn't leave a message and said they'd call back.  When asked a name, she said Stacy from xxxx in Hopkins.

Someone from /952-224-0794 called me too!  Just says John Henry.  No message

I called to cancel after reading all the complaints online and the woman was super rude when I told her I didn't want to re-schedule. I'm thinking they will still show up tomorrow because she asked my name and hung up on me when I told her there are bad reviews about them online.

It is definitely a telemarketer from Kirby carpet cleaning. I talked to them, scheduled a cleaning, then cancelled later when I read many customer complaints online.

I answered the phone when this number called (on my cell phone). The woman on the line tried to tell me I had been referred by  friends for a free carpet cleaning. She even had the names of the friends (Steve & Jill Kenney). I told her I don't know those people, and she said they referred me for a free carpet cleaning. I then told her I don't even own a home, and she should take me off their list. It was most annoying, because she blatantly lied, saying I had been referred!

This number has called us 4 times this week.  They call for a women that we get collections calls for, I'm assuming it is a bill collector.  Everytime I say she does not live at this number and put me on thier do not call list they hang up and still keep calling.  I can't find any information to contact someone at this company.

After several months of Premier Systems calling me, I finally answered their call.  They told me about the free carpet cleaning and I knew there was more to it so I asked how long it would take and she told me 90 minutes.  I also asked what is going to be pitched to me, she said they were just going to show how Kirby cleans and that there would be no high pressure sales pitch.  I knew that was probably not going to happen so I figured I might as well get a free carpet cleaning knowing that I wasn't going to buy a vacuum from them no matter what.  The salesman showed up 30 minutes late and after nearly 90 minutes, finally started to clean the carpet.  I told him to hurry up since the lady who called me said it would only take 90 minutes.  He finished and did the high pressure sales which I was also told would not happen.  THe price started at $2300 and he ended at $900.  But of course at $900 he was selling it below his cost and that I can't tell anyone what kind of price I was offered and so on.  I still said no and he finally gave up.  On his way out he asked for a glass of water and I offered a can of pop which he took.  He then proceeded out the door after slamming it shut.  A few minutes later, my daughter came in from outside and asked what was all over the door and sidewalk.  The scum bag salesman threw the pop on the door and all over the sidewalk.  I filed a police report and called Premier Services.  I still have not heard back and the police also called but no one has even called them back.  Do not let these jerks do a demo.  My sales guy was Kevin and he is the distributor for the south metro area.  Avoid him and the entire Kirby sales people.

Did you have the free cleaning? How was it and was there a big sales push at the end?

They called us over and over but we weren't home, all I saw was PSI on the caller ID, when I talked to them they, I asked who they were and they said Kirby also and they wanted to do a free carpet cleaning and they can do this because they don't advertise any other way so they can offer this to get the word out...he said no obligation to buy and I had this done many years ago by Kirby so I said yes...they never came out on the day they said...so I called the number back and no one answered, I though maybe I got it wrong so I waited the next day and no one came and I tried the number again....so I was angry that I waited for them and I had things to do...I didn't have to work those 2 days but I have a lot to do when I have some days off...so I tried calling the other number someone said on this list and when someone finally answered they wanted to put me on hold and I said no and hung up....it isn't worth it. I would tell them I am on the no call list and not to call me again.

Its some marketing company that simply wants your hard earned money. Period.

just got a call from this ppl. they wanted to come and clean our carpet and upholstry for free. I told them I will be calling back to make an appointement. I am having a second thought after reading all of your comments...

Call 952 935 7044 if you want to talk to them.  Be careful if you do, we made the mistake of letting them in for a demo.  4 hours of hard sales later, they left a huge brown stain on our white carpet.  They made up a lie and have stuck to it.  They have not taken any responsibility, even with before and after photos.
These are not good people.  John Henrt owns Premier Systems in Hopkins and St. Cloud.  Lindsay and Matt do most of their demos.  Be careful.  i would hate for anybody else to have to go through what my wife and i have with them.  They showed up unannounced, bullied with wife on the phone and in person, and stuck to their desperate lie.  Be careful!

They are coming to clean our carpet in our family room and a full set of stairs- at no charge.  They said they weren't going to try to sell us any products but wanted us to see there product and how well it works for future purchase consideration.  They were aware that we have a Dyson and love it.  I wanted to get my carpets cleaned anyways and this sounds like it will work fine.  I am not going to buy any products at this time.
