Received a call from this number with name on answering machine Harris Harris.  Don't they mean Harass Harass.  Did not ask for anyone by name just said they were calling for Harris Harris and that they were debt collectors.  I was instructed to call their number.  Since they did not ask for anyone by name and I do not have outstanding debt other than a VA loan, which is paid up, I will not be calling this number.  Apparently they are hoping to reach someone who has a debt problem and capitalize on it.  Seems to me they are scamming and will keep all the money they collect for themselves.  Don't fall for it.

Who keeps calling from this number. What company is this?

Automated robo-caller low-quality message calling from (312) 423-7523, asking to call Mr. Hoover back.

You have rights, and you have the right to contest these..  You may wish t seek legal help on this as well to get those removed.

I have two tickets on my credit report and I have no idea why,
I have not gotten any tickets at all. one is for $100.00 and one for $200.00
If this is a collector calling me from 312 423 7523, I am sure that it is about those tickets.
it is a shame that our goverment allow scamers to get at us any way they can
and get away with it. I hope that someone somewhere out there can tell us how to clear this from

This is a bottom of the barrel debt collector still trying to reach someone who last had this number 3 years ago. The robo-call had an option to let them know it's a wrong number by punching 3, which I did. They are still looking for the Taylors that ditched this number. Some posts on another site indicate it's a law firm seeking to collect parking fees owed in New Orleans.

Bottom feeder debt collector shop trying to pose (rather lamely) as a legal firm. They leave a hilariously low quality recording that gives an imperceptible and mispronounced name of someone who has zero association to the number called. I really wish I could find exactly where these MF-ers are calling from.....

Sick of these calls. The do not call list is another total joke.

Me too - They have my name and asked me to contact "Mr. Hoover". Nothing doing. First time they called was 2 days ago.
