calls every day and never leaves a message...

Same Here,  Calls 2-3x a week, never leaves a message...

Turns out to be legit. Some company is conducting a survey for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They should only be calling people who bill that insurance. I had been missing calls from this number and no message was left. So, today when I had the chance, I took the call and participated in the survey just to see if it was legit.

The questions were all about experiences with billing and verification with BC/BS. No fishy questions; no personal data asked for.

They call late. It was 7:15 pm. Who wants a phone call at that time? I was putting my kid to bed.

Has called everyday and when I answered, it was blank on the other end.  I quit answering and it did not leave a message.  Very annoying

called once so far at 7:30 at night. no message. called back and the office was closed 30 seconds later. so who called me?...dinks

guy called and said he was from bc/bs and i asked him why he called.  he asked if i was a provider, i am.  he said he was taking a survey.  i asked if i had to take survey.  he said no , but that he would have to put me down as a "refusal."  i hate being intimidated by weasels with veiled threatening language like this. i said "you could also put me down as i am too busy seeing patients to give you my time."  he just blah blah blahed and i thanked him and hung up!

Guy calls and asked for me .... before I could even state yes or no he hangs up and when you hit redial and your already mad at the person on the other line you get this really nice lady who service is the first seven numbers in a redial and it is her cell phone.  This company is using all her minutes up on her and that is not right either.  She has called them and they refused to answer her calls or return calls.  Yes as for the remark from Dean above :  that is what happened to me too.  I called right back within seconds and the office is closed.  I left a nice but demanding answer to the company unless they want to deal with the State Attorney Office take this survey and do it differently and hire professional not people who can not even speak English and are ignorant hanging up after they ask for you personally.  By the way I do not and have never had :"Blue Cross and Blue Shield" so they got my name from someone else.  I guess they are using third party selling tactics to get your name?  Which is illegal to the person who is selling my info since I am on the Dont Not Call Register for the past several yrs and renew and check to make sure I am still there on the list too.

It is up to you what to do but do not use redial...dial it direct and you will get a recording or real person maybe?  Call and turn them in becuase that is the only way they will stop.  First call them and leave a msg to take off thier calling list...that is what the State Attorney General will ask?  If not that is what you have to do

Called and caller ID shows BLUECROSSBLUSHLD.  No message.

asked if I was the person responsible for scheduling doctor's visits and handling insurance claims and forms.  When I said yes, they asked if we had BC/BS Anthem ? of Virginia.  When I said no, they said those were the only two questions they had in their survey and told me to have a nice evening

Called my chiropractic office too. I didn't pick up, no message was left

This person has been calling 1-2x qd for the last week. Will never leave a msg so I never answer.

Every time it's like some one hangs up when I answer...

calls my cell phone every couple days, never leaves a message, googled the number found this site. don't know who it is.

Called my chiropractic office saying they were doing a survey on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield and wanted to talk to my insurance secretary.  Fortunately she was not here.  It sounded fishy, so I googled it and found this site.  I guess it is a scam.

Called on Sunday afternoon...left no message  at 2:39 central.all that caller id says is   312-962-4683   Chicago IL

same here, 3 calls in 2 days, no voicemail..whats this? any ideaas?

Some thing happed.  Called twice in 2 days.  No message left

Called 3 times over the weekend to my cell phone. Left no message.

They called my wife twice in 30 minutes.  The caller claimed to be with Excellus.  I filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov.

Missed call from 312-962-4683 at 10pm central time (8pm pacific time, where I am). No message left. I know it's a landline from Chicago, but no other details.

Same message for me.  Patient ID hotline.  Calls at 10 p.m. and Sunday  - however, office hours are Mon - Fri 9-5.

Called twice, late evening, no voice message.  No idea what it is about.
