Got a similar call that I need to settle my IRS dues. I spoke to them and asked them what department of the government and the lady said the state government. I asked them how come the IRS didnt contact me directly. She just hung up. What a do***e bag?

we received this call and they said we are in serious trouble and should settle our IRS payment immediately outside the court.Looks liks SCAM.

I got the call from same number and Mr.William speaks Gujarati. I have reported this matter to local Police department.

Got a call today from the same number and stated that we are being sued by the IRS for not filling taxes and that we need to remit a payment immediately to him. The person speaks Gujarati as well. Keep away from this guy. He's a SCAM!!!

Same caller, it's a scammers. Reporting them to FBI.

I also wanted to let people know that I got a phone call from the same number 315-608-6829. He identified himself as a officer Justin Hammer (Hispanic accent) and told me that there are three charges filed against my identity and I needed to call him immediately to stop this action.

My husband traced the phone number to Upstate NY.

This pattern is going around and am glad that there is a site where I can alert other people about it.

Hi.. someone name Alex Waldon called my home phone asked for my name and said to call him at 315-608-6829 otherwise he will take vaery serious action against me.

called me and will have police in 4 hour, two days ago, he asked me to go to walmart while phone on and pay $1700.00, they are investigators.

Got a call from Alex Martin, same number says that my wife is in serious legal trouble.  I said that I seriously doubt that, he replied that he will send the cops.  What a fake.

This must be a scam.  Got the same call, saying it was from a guy named Rick Williams.  Since when does  a Rick Williams have a strong Indian accent.  There is no way that such important charges are notified by telephone.  If I ever get my hands on this guy.....

guy named himself Ramesh Patel (very common name). got an interpreter for Gujarati language. asking for more information and intimidating that we have been sued.

I got the same message today with the same stuff except they had my name wrong so something's not right.

I got the same call, its is for sure a sscam. I am not going to call back. The guy sounded unrealistic and according to me legal issues are notified by mail and not thru calls.

I received a message from office Rick Williams and he said that he is an  State Investigative officer...
The caller said I am under investigation and if I didn't immediately respond to his call, he will start the legal work.....

Is this guy real?
