I received a number of calls at work from this number. When I answered, the call came through as being very garbled, and I would lose the call. Finally somebody called. He was African, with a very heavy accent. He identified himself as being from the DCIA, a government agency that investigates fraud. He said that he is out of Africa and investigates fruds there against U.S. citizens. He said that he had reason to believe that I had been taken advantage of by a company out of Africa, that had promised me funds in exchange for money. He wanted to know who I had been working with, and the money that I had paid them. He gave me the e-mail addreww of dcia9@aol.com, and the above number to call. I don't trust him. Why wouldn't he have a toll free number to call, and why is he out of Africa.
