Same here,,,,they keep calling and calling they are very rude. They keep calling my number to attempt to reach my husband and I've given them his number yet they keep calling my phone. They absolutely refuse to send a bill and I told them I will not give information over the phone to which they have replied "you damn well better!" They are very intimidating and nasty! There's no reason for them to be so rude and nasty!

You do not know the situations and circumstances of every individual.  I do pay my bills. When in an accident caused by someone who refuses to step up and take responsibility. . Not only did I have loss of income due to the results of said accident I also have a huge dept to pay for the medical bills acquired.  Thankfully even though I am self employed I have health insurance. .. or the bills would be ten times more than they are !     ¥

I just saw a missed call from this # on my cell phone. I do not live in an area where Cox is available and therefore do not nor have ever had their service. I was in an accident caused by a Sheriff officer and have many unpaid medical bills as I wait endlessly for the process of dealing with Butler county through leagal means ...  so perhaps this # also calls to collect unpaid medical bills. Guess I will look up Bultler countys # to give them..maybe they will have better luck getting them to accept responsibility.     ¥

i use to work for these dooshes  if you have cable boxes that belong to cox ,thats why they are calling,just drop off ur cox equipment at any cox comm place

It's. Not a scam.  You owe Cox money.  Stop whining about how people are mean and pay your bills.

You guys are babies.  This number is from mid-continent credit services.  They are located out near Goddard.  They handle final billing and collections from cox.  And let me tell you,  if you owe me 200-500 bucks,  I'd be rude too.  Shut up and pay your debt America.

I have no dealings with these people or their so called client, t sounds like a scam to me. and from everything i've found online it is a scam. the number is a Wichita Kansas Mobile number.

if they call you find out as much information as you can record it write it down, what ever and then contact your local federal agency.  Do not let them scam you.

omg, those people are very very rude! I kept calling them back over and over and over til someone would talk to me. Then the last call, the lady was not mean, but not nice either. But what I don't understand is I paid my bill about 4 days ago and it is on now then this collection agency calls wanting to pick up my stuff... Whatever.... they need to update their systems!

They called about my mother who has no open accounts.  When they wanted her phone number I told the "woman" she doesn't have one so "the woman" said "ok, you'll just keep getting called.".

Very disheartening to think that only 2 days after getting my new cable installed by a company listed on these posts, I have already gotten a missed call from this number while I was out today on my brand new phone line... again, very concerned...

I couldn't beleive how rude these people are, I have never been spoken to this way in my life.  I even tried to make a payment for 7 days later and they said that was too late? They said it had to be today, and they kept saying we had an "agreement", which we never had. When they first called me they said can you make a payment and for how much? I said sure ill make one for $150, then next month I made one for $100 and they started yelling at me telling me that i'm breaking our contract for not paying the $150 dollars, and threatened me saying I better pay the $150 or I will have to deal with the concequences.

Collection agency, i called the number back after hours and it was all scrambled up, sounded like satan and his demons!!

This place is definately a collection agency and they are absolutely horrible at what they do. I delt with one lady, Sarah, who actually helped me but the lady I delt with first was absolutely rude, mean, and hung up on me. My husband is in the military and we live in germany so I called from overseas and did NOT expect to be hung up on.  WAY TO TREAT YOUR TROOPS!  But anywho, this place does not accept payments and has yet to prove their promises to "check into" your account for mistakes.

these people are from a collection agency so they say. there is no listing for them in the directory and no listing with the beter buisness bureau. I have filed a complaing with he better buisness bureau on the information that i have. These people were very rude on the phone and made threatening statements to me....

you are right... these people are very very rude. I called trying to fix a misunderstanding and a guy named DON hung up on me as i was trying to explain my situation. I called back and was put on hold. I never used curse words or raised my voiced but I can't believe these company works with COX communications.

I stated at the begining when i called i have to debit credit cards nothing the only way i would pay is thru mail. the gentlmen* lol told me i had to send it priority mail I told him i used to work collections it is illegal to make a consumer charge any more money than the bill i would send it regular mail what is the address he sd no u are just unwilling to pay and hung up. I called back and told the lady i was recording the call and what happened and that i needed a address she gave it to me and hung up, RUDE PEOPLE AND BAD COLLECTION SKILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a collection agency...Mid-Continent.  In Arkansas, they collect on behalf of Cox Communications cable company.  I doubt this is the only company they do collections for, but this is the one I have experience with.

This person Tina Roma from this agency is really really rude.  She threatened my husband and then repeatedly hung up on me.  Asked to speak to a different supervisor and she was not any help either.  They supposedly  are a collection agency but they called and called and never left a message but I was told that I hung up on them.  They will not accept payments and expect the payment in full but won't tell what you are paying for.  This is the worst company ever and they are very threatening.

They call me all the time when I'm sleeping and never leave a message.  I work 3rd shift which everyone knows and I state that in my voice mail and tell them to leave a message.
