These guys are a bunch of asswholes. Especially the lady named Tracy. No matter how nice you are, she treats you like you're 5. I did a loan with them when I was going to school in Colorado and when I cancelled my lease to military obligation, apparently they didnt like that. The first guy I dealt with, Scott I believe his name was, he was nice. But when Tracy took over, she wanted nothing to do with my current payment plan that him and I set up. She needs to relax. You'll get your damn money.

actually this is a valid company.  This company does housing for college students.

Its from Collegiate Housing in Indiana. I applied for a job with them, but their calls and messages seemed rather dodgy to me, so I decided to avoid them. Their still calling me! Its some sort of scam for sure.
