i just got the same call told him i was going to the police he got mean called me names told me he was going to brake my legs it was not nice

I had a several calls ( 3 ) this morning. They said they were IRS Criminal Tax Evasion department. Said his name Brian McCallister. Called him back after looking at the internet and researching the number. They are scammers. Heavy Indian accent...... the second person I spoke with said his name was Mark White. Told them I had checked on the internet and they were busted......repeated all their names they have been using and he panicked and hung up on me.

I too only get vm when I called back.  But they want my lawyers number, Im calling my lawyer now to give him the #. I will post what his paralegal returns to me with.

A forgien man also contacted me stating that "officer" Brian from the IRS yes, the man said they were the IRS and that he could tell  me no information that I would have to call "Brian" (who was at lunch) back in 10 mins..  I have never had any IRS problems, Im middle class, never even used anything besides the 1040EZ..????  Don't like..will c/b n post results.

Just received a call from this number indian guy claiming to be the IRS criminal dept. He couldnt explain to me much just said i wasnt paying movie taxes,billing taxes,store taxes any type of taxes, he needed my lawyers information and last time i checked you werent given an option to pay taxes period. Called the real IRS they knew nothing of the sort said it was a scam dont give him any of your personal information. Actually called the number back same guy answered when i told him he was a fraud he hung up on me. Now the calls go to a voicemail saying its tge criminal dept.

A man with deep indian accent, calling himself James Foster, left me a voice mail stating that I was being sued & needed to call them back with my attorney information. I called back, but only got voice mail, so left a message. Then I googled the number and found this. How do we stop these scammers from harassing us?

They now use the names Troy Daniel Wilson  607-795-7579 first caller with indian/arab accent, lots of threats. Second caller same accent Says he is Officer Bryan McCallister-3237866152.  Don't fall for it, they try to wear you down by r\calling repeatedly.

hey smuck . i called this # back then he told me he wanted to talk to me.. i told the ARAB that i was a attorney, he proceeded to try and dunn me for a criminal offence that he could not give me any information on , theses guys are looking for STUPID PEOPLE who have enough money in their pocket that get scared over a few FALSE STATEMENTS , these guys are  a  joke just priving AMERICANS  of their money, get a real job u smucks, get off my phone

Its a scam, I have received the same phone call. Please did not fall into their scheme, they will ask you to make a settlement around $450 through e-pay or western union. PLEASE!!!!! Do not apply for a pay day loan online this is how they recieve your information. Just tell them you have traced their number and you are contacting the federal government your self, they will stop calling you immediatley. i report to the sheriff dept. they told me that they are from Pakistan ..they have all information but.. our govt sucks..

Got a call from "Sebastian" who said that I had an acct with US Pay Day Loans and he was about to forward my information to the courthouse for filing because they had written me off as bad debt and I was going to be thrown in jail. Basically they are awesome actors. They try to sound real convincing and threaten you in EVERY way possible. They make it seem like if you do not run to the bank today to send them the money you will go to jail. First of all, if you are being sued you WILL get some sort of written document. This clown told me the same thing I read above..I would get all the documents AFTER they got paid. Thats a load of s***. I am paying off all of these stupid payday loans and never dealing with this crap again. SCAMS

I also got a very threatening phone call from "Andy Smith" who was very hard to understand with the accent.  He tried to convince me that I had received at least 2 emails ("they might have been in your spam folder." he says)  "informing" me of the allegations against me which if I do nothing and wait for the authorities to come get me, I'll be extradited to California, I will be arraigned in Federal Court with over $5200 in fraud charges.  Or I could simply pay him over the phone $710 within one hour and all the charges would be dropped.  When I looked up the phone number on the web, I got this site and was immediately relieved to see all the comments above, finding out this is just a bunch of bull.  Then after I calmed down, I thought about the email comment he made.  If I was truly in trouble with the Federal Government, I think I would actually have received a registered piece of mail, not an email.  (He actually had the audacity to ask me why I didn't read all of my spam mail and that I should know better.)

I just received the same call.  I didn't answer and he leeft a threatening message on my voice mail. He has a strong indian accent and can barely speak english.

I've got over 10 times saying I'm going to court which will cost over 3000 and my bond will be 1000 that he's calling my work to let them know so ill no longer have a job and i have an hour to pay 500 or i will be going to court. then some lady called me from a different number about the same thing blah blah blah I told her this is a scam not to contact me again or I will report it. now I'm getting blocked calls that hang up as soon as I say hello. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!!

THIRD WORLD SCAM!!!!! I have been receiving call from this person for the last few days.  They said I had to be in CA by Friday to be in court. I live in WA. These people are horrible. They call and call you. Sometimes when I answer they quickly hang up. But when they finally respond they tell you, you're being sued. You have to pay this amount of money if not you will be arrested the next day. These people such be ashamed of themselves.

So, I got a call twice on my work number from this douche! Wanting to speak to my husband, he started telling me that if hubby didn't call him that he was going to have him arrested, so I gave him the number to the sheriff, and that I was calling the FBI.  I also read to him what the BBB has on file about his "business".  His answer was, "all i was trying to do is give you a number that hubby needs to call".  LOL shut him down quick!  Don't fall for these scammers, don't be bullied, stand up and fight and give them their medicine right back!

Recieved a threatening call from this number, the name of the caller was David Miller, who obviously sounded indian.  Said I had a lawsuit filed against me and if I didnt call him back, that GOD would need to help me.  I called the number and when I told them who I was, I was hung up on, then I called again and it went to vm, so I left a message that they better not ever call me again, I know they are a scam.

I received a call at my job, from a man who stated he was Attorney Thomas Kawaii and I was being sued by plain green loans and that I had charges pressed against me, and that a US Marshall was coming out to my job to arrest me on the next day. Thomas stated that I had options either I could pay the money that I owed plain green loans or that I could go to the legal process and be arrested. Of course, I chose to take the option to pay the money without being prosecuted. Through the direction of Thomas, I went to Cvs pharmacy and purchased 3 money pack cards and sent Thomas a total of $1,145.32. I was then told by Thomas that when I got home to check my email for my receipt and confirmation, when I checked my email there was no receipt. and I called Thomas back and was told that I would get my receipt in 15 minutes, however there was no receipt. I called back 3x's and I got a voicemail stating that it was the legal dept for Thomas Kawaii. I have now found out that this is a scam, because I still owe plain green loans, and I am not behind on my account with them, and they have no clue as to who Thomas Kawaii is. WARNING TO ALL OTHERS IF YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS MAN, "THOMAS "LYING ***" KAWAII, HANG UP THE **** PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam.  They tried this over three weeks ago, continuing to threaten me with the U.S. Marshals coming to pick me up.  The law enforcement does NOT arrest people for debts - do not give them any money, or better yet, tell them you already turned yourself into the U. S. Marshal's office - then laugh in their face as you hang up the phone.

I just got a call from this number saying he was calling me about my social security number being used and he didn't leave a name but had a heavy Indian accent.  When I called back the guy who answered the phone said they were Federal Law Enforcement.  I asked for a supervisor and they said he doesn't talk on the phone.  I am trying to figure out who these people are.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just rec'd a call from this phone number too.  They called me at work!  The man called with a very thick Indian accent and asked for my attorney's information because my name and social security number was being sued.  He gave me the attorney's name of Thomas Kawaii and the extension.  I want them to stop calling me.  How has everyone gotten them to stop calling?

I received a phone call from the phone number about legal allegations against me.  First of all, by law no-one is allowed to leave detail information about a debt or collectibles until they  have identified the person.  I work for a utility industry and have done banking for several years. I know all the collection laws and consumer reports. This phone call is harassment or some kind of gimic scheme to steal identity. First of all, the guy can't evens peak English!!!! correctly..   So  I want them to stop calling my number and harrassing me.

IF you got a payday loan and defaulted. you will get calls  do not give your social security number!
