The company is located at this address according to whois at least this is the address they are using. Maybe is we call and e-mail them they will throw laptop33 out of the building. Just call everyday and e-mail as many e-mails you can everyday.

Called my cell, left no message.

Ireceived 2 a text messages from this number asking me to call an let them know what type of laptop I want an the would sent it to my adress when I called I was asked for my address I said I would like a toshiba and was told the toshiba was not a good laptop that when I knew some thing was fishey.

If you are on a no call list.. there is also the FCC ruling on CanSpam.. I just recieved another text about a free laptop..  I wrote them telling them I was on the no call list and saving the texts for future need and also answered the text with the same message

Got the text message about the Mystery Shopper scam - and before you spam the comments again I didn't fill out any entry forms for anything anywhere - I don't give out my cell phone number. They got it some other way. I am on the Do Not Call list so I am reporting it to the FCC.

I received a text from this number with the message to call and win a free laptop. I replied STOP the first time, I've gotten 2, at this point it's harassment!!! My husband's state police officer, so, I ahve some leverage as far as that is concerned...

I have replied stop several times.. but heh.. what do you know.. i keep getting more txt's

At 8:30 A,M, this morning I received a text from this number with the message to call and win a free laptop.  I have since blocked the number from my cell phone,my number is  also on the do not call list.  I called my carrier and they have also blocked this number, but I would have had to pay for this unsolicited text message otherwise.  Who is this?  I have been told it is a company that is located in Los Angeles, but the call came from New York.  How does anyone protect themselves from this type of text or phone call?

2nd time i did this. i did not go on their web site. i have to pay for these messages

Dont sign up for give aways free cars bikes rosters at concerts they are all scams do not sign your name to any stranger this is what happens

Do not enter free drawings at a fair on in the mall concerts etc they buy those name and numbers

I got text from this #, "thx 4 visiting our site. Free $20.00 Wal-mart plus $50 Gas??" I haven't visited and unusual site?? I think it's a big scam. I didn't bother to call?? Also yes, how did they get my #??

I got a call from this number at 1:20 in the morning. This is ridiculous!

I got a text from this number at 6:30 in the damn morning. I too am on the Do Not Call list. This is RIDICULOUS. Claiming I could earn a free his and hers laptop. I went to the site and used the Contact Us form to pitch a fit and threaten legal action.

Also, DO NOT reply to the text message. Just like E-Mail spam, it only confirms to them it's a good number.

I received and unsolicited text from this phone number....I am on the "do Not Call" list for my cell and land line but it came through anyway...I have to pay for each text....CW

I had the same thing happen to me.  I'm calling my cell phone carrier.

Got a text message from this number saying:

I have NO Idea how or where they got my number as I haven't even had the phone 2 weeks! Does anyone know WHO is calling/texting people from this number?
I also am not sure whether to reply and say "stop" or just hope it doesn't happen again...

I also just received a text from this number that said "Thx 4 visiting our site."  It then gave an 877 number to call to claim free gift cards.  I didn't call.

Here's hoping that it won't happen again.  If they do text again, I'll look into this more thoroughly and post back.

texting to cell phone regarding a laptop and to visit www.laptop33.com

It was a actually a text, but it said "thank u 4 visiting our website.". Um, I never even visted their spam website! The only sites I use are facebook and news sites like Fox and CNN! Do I reply "stop", or do I just do nothing? What do I do?

How do I block this phone number?????  They left a txt that said thank you 4 visiting ur website. WHo are these people. There are only THREE people who are SUPPOSED to have my cell number: my immediate family members.

that Shoppers earn $100 a day is A LIE!  its a Mystery shopping SCAM
They always CLAIM to pay FAR MORE then legitimate mystery shopping jobs actually pay!  usually $20 per assignment for newbies.

One of the SCAMS is to send you a check for several thousand dollars, tell you to deposit and WIRE most of the money back as a Mystery Shopping Assignment at Western Union or Money Gram
Keep $300 as your "PAY" and use the rest at Walmart or some other retailer.  

The check WILL BOUNCE - the phone numbers are out of service and you are OUT several thousand dollars which you have to pay the back the bank.

They are NOT REAL MYSTERY SHOPPING OFFERS at all - the intent is to STEAL YOUR MONEY!  

The other scam is to tell you have to PAY a fee to find out about MYSTERY SHOPPING JOBS - ITS ALSO A SCAM
