OMGoodness!! I just paid this fool $975 yesterday!!!!

It seems to be that these people know exactly what they are doing and that they can't be stopped so they harass you until someone gives in. You call your Local Police who are here to Protect and Serve and they say there is nothing that they can do.

Is it that easy to Scam People here in the Beautiful U.S.A?

the people that keep calling me say I owe on a loan which is bs and I am about to get a few lawyers in on this and take them down

So he's onto another alias, he is now Peter Jones with a heavy heavy accent. He called me this morning from the same ol 347-408-1719 stating he was from PCS and I was being sued. Didn't state who from or any other information, he said it was too classified to leave in a voicemail. Stated the lawsuit was on my social security number. Not calling him back!

Called me at home several times - same accent - said his name was harry Anderson.  When I hung up on him he called back and said - you hung up on me.  I said yes I did and hung up again.  The third time he called I demanded his name and phone number - told him I was reporting him for harassment.  Has not phoned back since.

I have been called by these people for several months.  In May of this year they called me at work and stupidly I returned their call.  I eventually hung up on then but in return they apparently have a phone application that mimics 911.  The call came thru on my cell phone with a flashing red light with "911" on it.  I didn't answer it but after it disconnected I called back and got the 911 operator in the city where i worked.  
These people are low life scam artists who prey on people who fall for their vitiousness (sp?) on teh phone.  They stop calling me for a few weeks and then at the begining of each month they start back up.  One has actually pretented to be a police officer which is illegal.  I have kept all the voicemails they have left and am copying them to a tape recorder for evidence.  Once that is done I will be taking the next step with the FCC and the Internet Fraud

called my cell number asked to have me call back at 347-408-1719. then said I was in much trouble if i did not respond.  Could hear alot of noise in the background.  Well incase you are reading this...... Mr. Richardson... you are in deep trouble, my company security has contacted the FBI for the 2nd time in 6 months regarding you!!! bEWARE....

Yes I have heard of Alex Black. He keeps calling my work and harassing me. He says he works for company called PCS. I've told him many times not to call my work but he doesn't listen. I don't know what to do.

A man with an accent has been calling my place of work. Why are they calling me? I asked him many question that the could not answer and I told him that calling my place of work is harassment but it still did not stop them at all. I want this to stop what can I do please help.

I have a prepaid legal service that I have through my employer and they tried to contact them however when my lawyer identified herself they would say no thank you and hang up.  I have reported it to the New York attorney general's office where the number seems to be based out of and the missouri attorney general's office the state that I live in because that is what the lawyer said to do.

I know this is a scam this guy calls from 347-408-1719 really thick accent claiming I have been intided for fraud charges.  He called my work line a few months ago from an international location I could tell because of the caller ID at work.  I am trying to report him and get these calls stopped.  So many scam artists out there it's really sad.

Got three calls today from our friends at PCS PFS or whatever the f#$@ they are.  I told them that I did not
receive a loan, that I have bank  statements to prove  that nothing from Cash Advance USA was ever deposited into my acct.  All I did was search for installment loans online  to see what was offered.  I did
not even want a payday loan.  Anyway, I told this guy that I spoke to an attorney and I needed him to send me documentation in the mail so that I can turn it over to my lawyer.  He said I would receive it in 7 to 10 days.  What really pisses me off is this jerk told me that my ssn, address, and drivers license was under investigation by the US Govt.  If it wasn't so scary, it would almost be funny.  The govt is going to investigate me over a $500 payday loan that I didn"t even get!  I have the New York State Attny General's address I am going to write him.  They do have a web site to contact them; however, I am afraid to do anything online after this experience!

August 23, 2011..I had a message left on my answering machine from the number 347-408-1719.. maybe a Hindu sounding man, I though African but my wife says Hindu.. so he's Hindu..lol.. We played the message back several times and you could distinctly hear this call was being made from a call-center type... 10 to 20 mixed voices in the background all talking at the same time..This is a massive SCAM operation!  Anyway, the male voice said we had legal proceedings against our name and he needed my social security number..to talk more about the claim... His first mistake... I don't have a legal problem.. I searched the number and found  this website.. thank you for that.. WARNING!!!! NEVER EVER give your SSN to anyone unless your know the facility to whom you are speaking... I going to fun with this idiot... stay tune!!

Started getting calls about a week ago stating that I received a payday loan about 6 months ago and now my ssn and address are being investigated by the federal govt.  I need to send them $500 for the loan and the matter wont go to court.  First of all, I didnt receive a loan; however I did do some research about installments loans on line; BIG mistake.  They got some of my personal info and now I am scared to death
over how far these a#$&holes will go to scare me.  I think I will call the police # someone provided in an earlier complaint and maybe try to notify the New York State Attorney General's office.  I live in Ohio.

If you applied for a cash advance on line this is where they got your info from. You probably did not even get a loan (just applied) like me. I never accepted any money and now the calls have been driving me crazy. They stopped for a few weeks and now it is a different man and a different number. They must just pass out our info. They figure if they scare one person they get that person's money. The old number that called me was a 800 number and an "officer" someone. PPL listed on that report site one lady gave them the credit card info before her husband told her it was a scam because they did not take the money from the site.

This is a scam, do not pay. Don't even bother calling back, unless you want to have fun like I did - to ask them a million questions they cannot answer - like what is their business address. They cannot provide it. They give some random company name that you owe like "Cash Advance USA." They will "mail" you the paperwork in 7-10 working days. What a crock!

A Hindu speaking guy strikes again. He's using the name as Gene/Jan richardson. He threatenes me of anything he can think to scare me. He doesn't know that his calls here and his voice has been recorded and sent to the police station (police requested a voice mail to determine the voice). This guy was using a lot of names and phone numbers. I wish this scambag will be hit by a tornado and vanished the earth.

People please be careful of the scheme of this scam. Report him to the police immediately.

they keep calling my job. i did make payment arrangments but i used a prepaid mastercard because i will not give them my real account info. so on the day of payment i didn't make the payment and these a***ole keep calling me and my job calling from different numbers and using different names .
so if you get a call from mr peter jones from PCS tell him to go and f*** his self. i will call the 107 NYC police department and fill a complaint and i will get a lawyer.

This is the second time I have been through this with these people. It happened several months ago. Now it has started again. I called the police and the cop that came to my house says there is nothing that can be done about it. IT MAKES ME CRAZY. They are threatening my social security number and my drivers license number. They say they have all my personal information.

The person (foreign accent male) called me at work 6 times today.  He identified himself as Harry Anderson from the law firm of PCS - Public Credit Services.  He indicated there was a complaint against my social security number and gave the last four digits.  I had a previous similar situation with a different number about 6 weeks ago where the person also knew my bank account number.  I closed my checking account, changed cell phone numbers, and reported it to the FCC.  I intend to follow-up on this call also.

I got a call from this mark white with the pakistani or india accent too. he told he was from some credit service and they complain against name and the he told four digits saying that it was my ss# but it wasn't and for me to call 347-408-1719 before they take me to court. But I refuse to do anything about it however I might talk to a lawyer about it. I am glad though that I am not the only one who have received these calls and to know that they are a scam

These guys are SSSSSSSSSSCCCCCCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM !! They keep calling me every day leaving nasty messages. Already reported these jerks to the local sheriff.

I JUST SPOKE WITH THE NYC POLICE AT THE 107TH PRECINT AND FILED A COMPLAINT. IF ANYONE HAS MORE INFORMATION OR NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT CALL 718-969-5100 NYC POLICE 107TH PRECINT.

THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY OFFICE FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AND THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION. AFTER I STARTED TO GET ANNOYED WHEN THEY COULDNT TELL ME THE NAMES OF THE LAWYERS IN THEIR "LAW OFFICE" THEY CALLED ME A STUPID MAN AND HUNG UP.

HOPEFULLY IF THE POLICE GET ENOUGH COMPLAINTS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND ARREST THESE GUYS.

The calls began 3 days ago, home cell and work approx 60 calls in 3 days, pay loan of 5000 due must be paid immediately. caller is mark white. pakistani accent or india.  created a police report and reported all the calls. impossible to stop the calls from coming to my work.  the caller has all my personal info. ss # bank # work and home address...everything except my car tag #
