I just got a call from 855-799-4492 threatening me that there is a summons for my arrest for some payday loan (??!!) and wanting to know the last 4 digits of my SS# - I told them I don't give out private information over the phone - and I asked what SS# are you looking at? They wouldn't give it to me - the company called ACF - which I notice from this post there are many variations. I asked how they can proove to me they are not a scam? COuldn't answer that.They crumpled up a piece of paper in the phone and hung up on me.

a man called me claiming to be an attorney and am trying to find out if he really is because he is asking for some money which i already paid a company. please i need your help

These guys are not for real. I have received these calls before and just received one again from a man that said his name is James Carter. This is a scam just mess with them like I do it is really funny at how mad you can make these guys. If you do call him back tell him John Davenport says hi. :)

I received calls today . Listened to the messages which said they were going to sue me and wanted to "verify" my social security number. All kinds of threats. Now... the worst part is , somehow they hacked my phone contacts and started calling my friends and threatening them too. I have received calls from two of my friends so far today about this and expect more.

This guy called my cell phone with a incomplete number 527 973 47 he called a couple of time claiming that he was from a company called legal group.. And the crazy thing is that this was the same guy who called and Scam my husband the first time thanks to me I called my bank and got my money back and now I change my account and everything and the same guy is still calling trying to get my social security number?? Those guys are just trying to scam people! Do be aware if your not sure atleast report it to the homeland security..

If you have ever applied for a payday loan online they are being sold your information and then call you...thats why they know your address, ss# work place, bank info...its all a scam..ignore them NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.

a man named sabastin called and said e was from cashlandusa.com and was investigating a fraud wouldnt give me any info on company but knew my social security number and drivers license number and all my info

I just received a call from this phone number 347-457-3020.  How can we get them to stop.  This is the second one I have received, say I have a lawsuit filed against me.

we keep getting the same calls from these people with heavy accents, looking for my former boss, who I expect owes people money.. 347-457-3020 when you call back they answer, say nothing and hang up.. Next time we're telling them to lose this number and we'll calling the police. We've already tried to tell the more intelligent english speaking person that the person they want doesn't work here anymore, but apparently they don't comprehend much!!

A man called the house and asked for me.  When my husband asked what call was in reference to, he was given mumbled answer.  All that was understood was the word "financial".  When my husband said that we're not interested, the man yelled F--- You! and then he hung on the line and told my husband to "hang up".

A man called today from this number.  He said that he was calling in regards to a home loan that I had never made a payment on.  I am 18 years old and live with my parents.  When I asked for the loan information he laughed at me and hung up.  When my dad tried to call them back for me he cursed my dad and hung up on him.  Everytime we have tried to call back since they hung up.  Did they have any of your identy information and was it a foreign sounding voice?

I received a phone call both on my cell and at my work place within 5 minutes of eachother, from a woman with a very heavy mid-eastern sounding accent claiming her name was Mary Jackson from a company called APS (Affidavit Processing Service) telling me that I had 3 legal charges under state investigation against me and if I didn't call her back I would be "in huge trouble".  That led me to a website www.complaintsboard.com.  If you are getting calls from or being asked to call this number back you should check this out, alot of people are having similar problems with these people, whoever and wherever they really are no one seem to know.

I just got a message here in the office for an employee but what is crazy is that they gave me the last 4 digits of my employee's social.  The name of the man calling is Mark Wilson but his accent sounded more like he was a middle eastern man.  Our office has caller ID in the beginning of the message and the number that was repeated to me was 05-249-7347 but the number that he gave was a NY number which is 347-457-3020.  I have advised our legal department of this so that they can contact the company.  Hopefully I will have some more information to share soon.

Numerous calls from this number. Caller ID says 052-249-7347 but number left on machine is 347-457-3020. Very heavy accent....does sound like "Peggy". Ongoing threats that I owe a home loan,once it was a payday loan. Have never had either one. At first I was annoyed.....now I've decided to let this be my families pet project. His calls are slowing down now that WERE harassing HIM. Great fun!

I have been recieving multiple calls from this number at all hours of the day and night. A man named Alex Brown along with Douglas Brown and another name all called from this number. I was told I have a lawsuit from 3 companies against me for payday loans. This is a SCAM!!! They call themselves ACS. Now I know the names are fake because they have heavy indian accents. WTF??? I returned a call today and asked for ALEX BROWN (who left a subtle threat on my voicemail). The man that answered said he was HER supervisor (mind you it was a man that left the VM) I asked who they were and he said a LAW FIRM. I said ok and what is the LAW FIRMS name? He kept talking over me asking for my telephone number. When I continued to ask questions he yelled and I asked why he was yelling? Then he hung up... Do not fall for this mess!

These **sholes called my work looking for me! then called me and gave me crap saying I owed them 700.00 for a 300.00 cash loan. DON"t THINK SO!!!!! didn"t take out any loan and they were so rude. Found this site and now I know better. Hope they call back so I can have a word or two!!

I have been receiving calls for about four months, they had stopped calling me, but I just received another call from them with the last four of my ss# and the name of where I work and they said I took out a payday loan back in July of 2010 with cashnet.usa, I asked them how much the loan was for and they said 500.00 and I told them I had never taken out a loan and I was trying to ask them questions about the so called loan and they couldn't give me any information about it they just kept saying if I did not repay the loan the was going to take out a lawsuit against me. My son googled the number and I found all these complaints about this number. So everyone out there please be careful and don't give these people anything else to work with. Also, when you start talking taking legal action against them they will hang up.

the message was from the office of Logan Stone law firm consoldation services and that there are 3 lawsuits against my social security number and it will be reported to the social security investigational services to call them back to settle it and they can help me

These people called me today with my address, ssn and employer info saying if i did not pay them 669$ that they would file 3 laawsuits against me and contact my employer. When i asked them to send me documentation on the charges they refused. i told them i'll speak to the courts about it they said there is no time i must send pmt now i told em no way and they haven't called back yet.
How did they get all my personal info?!?!

Kel they called me today with a foreing accent, they have my address, email, phone and last 4 os SSN. they also told me that i took out a payday loan and never paid and i will go to court in 2 days. I call my credit protection company inmidiatly and filed a complaint. I was very concerned

I received a phone call from 347-457-3020 today, stating that they were calling from a law firm and that I had 3 legal actions against my SS# and gave the last 4 digits of my SS# accurately. He then said I had to call back right now to prevent this from going to court. I googled the # and found this site and info. I have never gotten any kind of loan or anything via the internet. Not sure how my SS# was obtained but my local police have been notified.

I received a call from 347-457-3020 The guy said his name was Joseph williams but he had a deep indian accent so i ask for info on my supposed account and he could not give me any he started getting realy upset withh me

I received a call from them a week ago, first they asked me to call 347-416-5126 to a Xavier Garza, yet a man with an indian accent was the one I ended up speaking to and stated that his name was Joseph Williams. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give any person from the so called ACS Inc. your information. This is a scam that I found out through a blog post online. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau of NY because the numbers they keep giving are brooklyn, NY numbers. But I live in Massachusetts so I filed a claim with the state Attorney General's office and I also changed my bank cards and reported it to the bank so nothing could be debited. If you tell them that this is a scam and that you will report it to the police they will stop harassing you.

I have received two voice messages from a man claiming to have an English name but speaks with a very heavy Indian accent.  I greatly appreciated the very detailed information above, as I did a search on the phone number and found this site's information about the scam.  I'll be contacting Internet Crime Compliance agency - http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx - and filing a complaint.  I just don't answer any calls I do not recognize, so they can only keep leaving messages, that is, until I contact Sprint and have them blocked.

These guys called my office and when I called them back, they threatened me with lawsuits for fraud, failure to pay back a loan and all kinds of things unless I wired them $5000 for the payday loan that I recieved.  They had all my personal information but I hadn't done any internet payday loans!!

He will say you borrowed some form of money from some payday company and threatins to suppena you with charges of theft by decieption and other bs. HE REFUSES TO GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN WHERE OR HOW U RECIEVEED MONEY!!!!

ALSO REFUSES TO SEND U PAPERWORK and always ends the conversation by see you in court tommorrow.  So far it hasnt happened due to never happened and wont because you never recieved the money      ATTN: UNDERSTAND WE ALL GET HARD UP FOR CASH BUT PAYDAY LOANS ON THE INTERNET ARE A SCAM ALL YOU PERSONAL INFO GOES INTO MILLIONS OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE  IF THE SITE HAS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ITSS PROBABLY NO REAL !!!!
