Scam - REAL process servers do *not* call you ahead of time to see "if you're home". They just show up, unannounced.

Hi all -- I'm actually the owner of this number (the 347 number) and just wanted to post on here that it hasn't actually been me calling all of you. I spoke to my cell phone carrier Sprint and they've informed me that someone or some company has cloned my number and has been making calls apparently all over the country. As a result I've been getting calls from all over non-stop. I just am posting here in hopes that people will read my post and that it will cut down in the number of calls I'm getting - I've had to shut my phone off because it won't stop ringing.

just got a call from them saying i owed a debt from 2000 they had my social- scary but couldn't tell me the company I was being process served from
My concern is how they got my social

called me and I threatened them with murder. I don't think they will be calling any more. they hung up and fast.

The same number just called me as well, no message left. Caller ID was not UPS, it came up as Skender Capric.

Caller ID said UPS, claimed they were calling to verify someone would be home to accept legal documents, and as they were saying who they were on behalf of, they hung up. Seems like a scam to me.

The call came from a cell phone in New York, 347-623-4211, saying that they are a 3rd party calling to inform about an outstanding debr and for further information to call 855-366-5231. When I called that number I got an answering machine saying the company was R and J Fimr. A quick Google seearch brought up R and J Consulting Firm http://www.rjconsultingfirm.com/index.html . I called their published number 855-552-9932 and got a recording that said the number you are dialing is not in service.
You'd think criminals would be a bit smarter in this day and age of technology. Can you say M-O-R-O-N-S? I knew you could.
