Yes Mrs. Joseph is a totally rude person. No wonder they can't collect debts.

got a call from this number and didn't answer it. She left a message and said she was Ms. Joseph and looking for my son. I gave him the number to call her and he said she was the mother of a dog. She is from a collection agency for different collector's looking for payment on past due bills.

I had the same problem.  She is a bi***. I was actually trying to settle with her, but i left my purse at home and bi*** had made a rude comment and hung up on me. She makes me want to beat her a** at the moment
