My caller from 404-474-0835 was presenting himself as James Collins from Central Legal Services the attorney general has flagged these #'s as fraudulent. Do not pay. Demand that they send legitimate paperwork by mail and if by some miracle you actually get something from them take the paperwork to your local county attorneys office for validation. These people are extortionists and scammers!!!!!
