This number called me after closing a bank account.  Couldn't understand eveything but I could understand the words "Bank Security". It was a man with mideastern accent. I hung up.

Same as above, asked for my info i said send whatever it is you think i owe send the proof to my home, he hung up on me, what a joke, get a real job scumbag

Recieved a call from 404-935-9122..asked to call back.. Mr. Brian Black Mediator..Okay...whaterver...regards to a complaint under my ss number...Im so sick of these scams....if there was any legitimate company who was going to serv me ..do you think they would actualy call me and let me know...I dont think so...be aware people ..dont answer your phone its a wast of  your time and energy to deal with stupit 3rd party collection agency that are completed violating FDCPA laws

This company called me last week from Atlanta GA.  I used to live in that area and thought it was a legit phone #, however they turned out to be a debt collector  claiming to be a firm called "Penestar and Clauson".  They did have information that was correct about me and a check I had bounced and they knew the laws in GA.  They threatened me with a lawsuit/prison time. He also personally insulted me.  I got upset and started asking some hard questions, which the guy couldn't answer.  He did not want to deal with me upset, told me to get my finances together and call him back the next day.  Thats when I knew he was not legit.  Debt collectors never tell you to call back the next day.  I called the company that had my check and we worked out an arrangement, and they asked me to report the incident to another dept. in their company, which I did.  This # is still calling me, and as tempted as I am to pick up and tell them off, I don't answer it.

this number called me this morning asking for my personal information, I did not believe what was said about my personal information.

says they are a co called penester and clausen and are threatening me with a check fraud lawsuit.

The same company has been hiiting my web form in my web page, seems like another new scam number- it comes into my company asking for info on real estate or mortgages but out of state numbers - it's the format they take that makes me think it's the same thing again.
