We received the same email and I was going to call and ask about the proposal until I checked the website and notice that it is a hoax. So please be very careful of faxed proposals coming in by fax or email.

We received this SCAM also. There is no contact information and it looks just like an invoice. This is about as questionable and low marketing approach that I have ever witnessed. Yes....In some fancy font at the bottom of the page that is nearly illegible, they state that the paper is not a bill or invoice....but someone could be easily fooled if they weren't paying attention. Shameful!

We received this same scam fax at our office! Why are some people so deceitful and try to take advantage of honest, hard working companies? Isn't there enough going on in the world today without having to put up with dirty, lowdown rotten crooks!!!!

I have a little more information to add. I got the same fax this morning with one difference, the number PO box number changed from #1475 to #891475. I've started unsubscribing to the numerous junk faxes we get at the office and this one looked familiar so I looked through the stack I keep for reference and found another one.
This one however was one from Your Yellow Book for a business listing. The fax number was 405-227-9534 and the address was PO Box 891475. Not too hard to figure that one out.
I replied back with an UNSUBSCRIBE fax so they change the name and service and send me another one. When I send an UNSUBSCRIBE fax to this number, I'm going to send about five black pages behind it and waste some of their paper and ink.

Recieved the same fax. The only difference being the number is now "891475" instead of "1475". I emailed them a filthy paragraph at the given email address calling them all kinds of derogatory names and telling them what morons they are. :-) I hate dirt bags.... they should have sand injected under their kneecaps.

I also submitted it to the Postal Inspector. They're using a post office address as their own, so that seemed the best place to file a complaint.

I got one too. Not sure where to file a complaint

We got it as well - looks like a bill and could have easily been paid.
Do not pay anything that looks suspicious - No phone number, only a fax, which is constantly busy, and a YAHOO email address. If you google the address, you will find that it is a US Post Office.

This is a SCAM. We received the same thing today. Since there was no phone number i decided to look it up online. This is the only website that I could find about it. Thanks for the information.

On March 25, 2012, I received a fax with the same information - a document labeled "Proposal" with a total due amount of $190.00. This document could be inadvertently paid as a valid invoice (I am guessing that that is exactly what the sender wants to happen).
I looked up the address. It is a Post Office in Oklahoma City, OK, so I am guessing that the # 1475 in the address is a post office box.
For this reason I filed a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Service. I encourage everyone else to do the same. Even though the sender is using a fax machine to send these fake bills, any money sent goes to a US Post Office Box. This could constitute some type of mail fraud. Maybe the Post Office can put a stop to this crap. File your online complaint at: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx.
Thanks.

My Church received a fax from them. I was just a coincidence that it came in at a time that I was proposing some upgrades to the network. It is a scam from someone that is sending out faxes. Anyone using a yahoo, gmail or other free email account for their business should be considered suspect.
