someone keeps calling my number, please don't call anymore, especially since you don't have the courtesy to leave a message if no one answers.

I did a reverse search on this number and it identified it as Paetec starnet or starnet paetec. I found that Paetec is a business (voip phones, I believe) and there's another company called Starnet that has something to do with it.  there is a webpate paetec. com.

I get a call from that number almost every day and no one is there. I answered it once and there was no one there. After that I just ignored it, but curiosity got the best of me.

I'm getting the same thing as everyone else. What is the point in making a long distance call if you just hang up? Are people using our phones for some reason? I don't understand!

Received a call from same number. Someone just confirm my name and hanged up.

Received the call but didn't pick it up. Didn't leave a voicemail either.

Just got a call and nothing was on the line. It appears they are playing the "hook and bait" game where they call and if someone answers, they fwd the number to a call center and begin to tell you, "You are enrolled in 'such and such' sweepstakes" you should NEVER give any info to these "phantom" callers...

Received a call from 407-217-3186 today, November 30, 2010 and upon calling back was told "not a working number".

Same thing, showing from Windermer, FL, answered but they hung up, called back and it said it was an unworking number.

Didn't leave a message on my phone. I called back and all I heard was a buzzing sound- no ringing or dial tone or anything.

I was just dialed, too-- Tried to call back and it said it wasnt a working number.
