This people are crazy they called me up and offer me a vacation package i boughted and refferred some friends and families. now they close down and left without sending us any information i will do an investigation to suit them this will not stay like that......the owner's name is Jose cibrian....

dias despues recivi una caja el banco chase me dijo que la devolviera, la devolvi  pasaron 3 semanas el banco me repuso el dinero y 2 meses despues me lo volvieron a sacar y hoy es el dia ue estoy llamando a los ladrones y no me contestan.

They took money out of my cc# after just verifying i am the selected visa card holder to recieve a prize but i never authorization to run my card for 299~ they took the money, told me i dont recieve a prize for not authorizing my card use to the telemarketer: "sofia's" supervisor~ i asked for my money back and they said no we took your payment and you dont recieve a prize

because you're TOTALLY not from the company. no, not at all.

I received a call today, from 407-9828000 and they said that they needed my credit card number because I was selected as a winner of three trips to Orlando, Daytona Beach and Las Vegas plus two european watches. They were going to chargeme $ 299 dollars for taxes of what I was going to receive.
I accepted but later I thought that may be a fraud. So I canceled my credit card before they charged the money.
My advise, be very careful!

I kept calling for one and a half weeks and they would answer every time saying the same. finally I let one week go by. I was checking my bank account every day and NEVER SAW A TRANSACTION. that was super weird. TODAY February 17, 2011 I got in the mail a big box with the things the promised me: two watches, a full English course, and a catalog to go to Vegas and Daytona.

Now, I am writing this comment to make my story known. I am, by NO means, trying to defend ONE DESTINATIONS even though I got what they told me I was going to get; but I know this is NOT the case for all of you.
I am going to return the box to the address of the company, and go to the bank again and tell them again what happened, and finish this sweet nightmare. Y pudo hacer que se le regresara su dinero? A mi mama tambien la estafaron. Les llamo para agarar la direccion y hacer un reporte con el BBB y tambien el Federal Trade Commission y no me contestan y no puedo dejar mensaje.

yo ya los reporte con el BBB por favor cada uno haga lo mismo, es super facil no se tardan ni un minuto en hacer el reporte y vamos  demostrarle a estos deshonestos que la justicia existe y esperemos les impongan todo el peso de la ley.

My wife received a call in Spanish where she was told that she "won" an English course - "Ingles sin Barreras" and two weeks vacation. She was also told that she only needed to pay the sales taxes. -- My wife claims that they already had her Debit Card number. -- I called that number several times and recorded voice of a male speaking Spanish with an Argentine accent put me on hold. Within a few minutes a Magic Jack recorded voice appeared indicating that they were not accepting messages.

Called about a free vacation.  I asked if there were any charges and they said no.  Then they asked for my credit card number.  I gave it to them.  Then they said there was a charge of $400.  I said I wasn't interested, and they said my money was nonrefundable.  They claim they only speak Spanish.  If I try to call their number, they do not answer.

A lady suppossly "Luisa Gallego" with a Colombian accent, call my wife cell phone from (407-506-0403 One Destination ) and told her that my wife won a vacation just by using her Chevy Chase Visa card, "there is no charge just paid the taxes" she said, just give me your card number, and she charge my wife $299.
My wife did not fully believe this so she called the bank and cancel the card.

yes!, that hapend to me as well they told me i won a 1,000 dollar sertificate to buy online from many stores or from a catalog and that also a total of three trips with everything paid one to disney world for  4 people another to las vegas, 2 people and the last to anywhere you like well finaly like a 4,000 dollar vallue in prices.They sweet talk you in to it, then they whon"t anwer your calls they even give you a comfirmation number and let you talk to their manager and transfer you to many other people to make it more belibable
they say their # was 407 983 8000 and their company is one destination  they say i won because i was on time with my cards and their where only 20 more winers with the card that started with a 4 or 5 i feel like an idiot to belive that now i dont know how i going to tell my husband, but i call the bank to cancel but they already aprove the transaction now i have to wait till tomorow to go thats what they told me to do to be able to get the money back by leting them know it was a scam so hopefully i can get the money back or my husband is going to be realy mad for my stupedness, well

One Destination called me and I didn't know what it was they charged $199 to my credit card stating that those were the taxes to my $1000.  how can we SUE them ....the name of the manager is HECTOR LOPEZ and the agent was MARIA PEREZ , I tried to cancel the transaction but they kept saying that I have to wait.........HOW Can we stop this SCAM!!!

Well they called me today! and i was shocked when she said i won 1000$. well when she told me to write down some information i thought she was going to say my address and stuff, well she started asking for my cc number and the expiration date and i told them that but then when she said she needed my credit card number i stopped  her and told her how do you know all this information and she said she wasnt going to steal from me thats why every call is recorded and she started yelling at me. i hung up and immeadietly called my bank and told them. hopefully with the info they got they dont tke anything out. if anybody else gets a call should hurry and call their bank and let them know the situation.

My Fiancee got a phone call from a 407 area code, as well. It was not this exact phone number but it was the same company One Destination and the same area code of 407. They told him that because he was a Chase Bank card holder he had one $3000. They asked him for some information such as his full name, card expiration date then proceeded to ask for the entire card number. My Fiancee told him that he'd take their company's phone number and will call them back after he confirmed with his bank the validity of this One Destination company. After we called the 407 number that they had provided, there is a voice message that states that this is One Destination and we were put on hold (it seemed like a ligitimate company) but when we called our bank they told us that this was a scam and not to provide any information to this company. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with these kinds of calls and remember NEVER give your personal information over the phone, especially if you have not looked into the company. Nobody just gives away money for no reason!

same thing happened to me today! DO NOT DO IT! was charged $74.50 on my bank account after promises of vacation packages, watches, and the sort. they first said I had won a cash prize because I was a visa/mastercard member, but later went on to say there was no cash prize. I called to cancel the order and was told they would call me back to cancel, never did, was put on hold for forever. Now I'm calling my bank to try to resolve this issue. I'm a broke college student, I don't need this s**t! ughh

this number called saying i had won 1,000 dollars cuz i was a mastercard or visa user so thy asked me for my card number and i gave it to a man named marco they he wanted my security code on the back of my card and i refused he got loud and told me they did not want to steal my money.  while he was trying to get the security code i was looking up the company name online and i discover that it was a scam
