Be careful, could be a phishing scam where they ask if you've bought something recently, you say no, they say we'll refund your money, then start asking you to verify card info. The bought-something-refund-money story is fake and designed to lower your guard. cbc.ca reports a RCMP warning here http://www.cbc.ca/cp/Money/HG1247.html  The phone number can be spoofed as well so Zen Lab may be an innocent victim.

Call was a recording pertaining to credit card fraud or something.  Upon calling back, the recording said I had reached the Zen Lab.  Annoying and strange.
