Just as with "Joker's" comment prior, the recording promises to cut your credit interest rate with the push of a few buttons. I never got as far as speaking with a con requesting my card number because the whole spam/scam was recorded on my voice mail.

Got a call from 410-774-8742 and they asked for my credit card information. There was a recording that made them sound like they were calling from my bank and that I was entitled to a reduced rate on my credit card account. Then this guy gets on the line and trys to get my card info.......... BEWARE
