I got a similar call today after 8PM. No message left. Caller ID says OUTREACH ASSOC.

I've received several calls from Outreach Associates with several different numbers. They've never left a message before. Today I received a pre-recorded one from Heifer International, which I do contribute to.

I use my telephone company's Block Last Call function which is *60, VERY helpful - try contacting your phone company to see if they offer this. Mine is free but well worth a small fee if you get charged for it.

yes, same thing is happening to me. I don't get it, if it is a scam how are they scamming you if they don't even talk? Strange!

getting multiple calls from this number and many variations of this number but when I answer they hang up. When I call back I get a recording that they are the sheer group a call center for nonprofits. When I do a reverse lookup it says its a cell number. What is the deal and how do I get them to stop?

I got a call. I do not know who they are (caller id OUTREACH ASSOC) and i did not answer the phone. The answering machine picked up the call but no message was left. If they don't leave a message it is enough to me to never answer their calls.

Got this call today around 1pm from Outreach Associates. Didn't pick up the phone so call went to answering machine. They didn't leave a message. When I called back, I got an answering machine. I am on a Do Not Call list and I still get these calls. Please stop calling!
