Pinnacle Finance, I called them back...they were looking for LEON...give me a break! Said they would remove my number, told them they better or I would report to FCC. Not much of a threat, I know, but what the heck. I don't see how you can blame the carrier (Tracfone) they can't stop it any better than any other carrier.

I just got a call stating they were from my credit union service center as well. They stated my debit card was lost. How would they know if my debit card was lost unless I reported it??? I knew it was a scam right away.

Got a call just a minute ago from 415-252-5625. Automated voice said my credit union service center account had been locked. I am glad I am no dope because I actually do bank at a credit union. Weird how the got that correct...probably just a coincidence. SCAM!!!!

I also have a Tracfone and live in Rochester NY. Its strange. Do not bank with HSBC. I have all visa cards and one MC with a small bank. How they got my cell # is a mystery to me only a few people have it. I did not answer the call because I do not know anyone in this area code and they sure do not have my cell number. I am now assuming 80% of the world is made of crooks. I now trust no one. I assume eventing is a scam.

They called me on my cell phone. It is a Tracfone! Do any of you people do business with Tracfone? I think it is someone in this company selling numbers to crooks. There customer service centers are all over the world. The phone number is spoofed to a fake caller ID. Tracfone may be the link!!! Not sure. I do not give my cell number out to anyone and it is new. How could criminals get it unless they work for Tracfone. I do not bank with HSBC. They were fishing for info with fake info. Tracfone also has my address. Criminals know the big banks in this area but not the small ones.

SCAM DO NOT do it they said that they locked down my HSBC visa card. and to press number 1 and customer service would help me unlock it. I don't even have a HSBC card.

On 1/12/12: Did not answer the call, let it go to voicemail, the voicemail said "Before Hours Security Dept" in an automated voice & that was all.

I just received a call from this number also. When I called the number back an automated message answered and said that they are working with their provider to correct this problem
Jeff 2012-01-12 20:22:49 Unknown
Scam. I don't have an HSCB mastercard. I hung up without pressing any numbers.
Where do these people come from? Get a life!

Chris 2012-01-10 23:33:50 Unknown
I've been getting a ton of missed calls from random numbers; this one as well. I just got a new credit card; I hope this isn't related.
Pam 2012-01-10 20:17:50 Unknown
Caller is listed as a Bradley Clore from "Builders Focus" in San Francisco CA. Called my cell Jan 6 2012. I am in upstate NY. I don't answer any calls from area cdodes and numbers not in my cell phone contact list. Looked this one up via reverse phone number. First of several calls from unknown area codes the past week. I pay for calls answered or unanswered and this really pisses me off. Was already registered in Do Not Call registry so has to re-register.
Jamie 2012-01-10 01:59:07 Unknown
Are these the same Sunshia-Kiawamone Net Services guys calling. It seems like they really enjoy calling at weird hours.
John 2012-01-10 01:57:53 Unknown
I received same call on my cell, I have an HSBC card. But shame on them fraudsters because they contacted a Bank Investigator. Yes this is a Phising Phone Call, and the number that is showing up is a "Spoofing" phone number, this is were they can make any number they want show up on the caller id to fool you. That is why they are coming back to legit businesses.
Paul 2012-01-09 15:27:45 Unknown
Did not answer. Did not know the number. Caller did not leave message.
tom 2012-01-09 14:46:30 Unknown
I'm glad yours was from HSBC too because I thought they had info on me. I am with HSBC and I do have a VISA but it's not a debit card. must be the mafia.
Beth 2012-01-09 13:18:54 Unknown
Just received the same call regarding my debit card being locked. HSBC. I too called the number back to get a hardware store.
Ticked off 2012-01-09 03:49:26 Unknown
I received a call from this number on my cell phone. I only give out my cell phone numbers to family and friends only. Came up Bradley Clore 415-252-5625 San Francisco, CA. Call came in about 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Sunday, January 8 2011. Annoying and harassing call. If I get one more call from this number, I will go to the authorities.
I check online to see the number and it is associated with a Hardware Store in California.
Scam. Please beware of calls like this.
Also, my husband got a call on his cell (area code 302) came up and stated that it was HSBC and something wrong with the master card - it is locked. He immediately went online to check the bank statement and called the bank to inform them about this.
