Just wonder, what is the population in Canada? Is that just less than 20 people ?
If there are more than 20 people, how come these folks keep calling the same group of people.
Even keep changing their phone number to call, it increase their capital cost because they have to subscribe to a bulk of phone numbers. Since all of us that they are harassing ain't buy their story. For what? What are they going to gain?
It's also strange to me that they have operate for a few months/years now...no victims at all(maybe their sale pitch is really bad)? How come no victim contact police? and how come no law enforcement are after them?
Recently I got numerous phone calls(with different themes, air-duct cleaning; bahama cruise; Eco-energy), all manage by the same telecommunication company(same as this caller). Are they all related?
In my option, all these phone calls don't look a little bit like telemarketing to me.
Just hope someone can give me an answer.

so they keep calling our apartment which have no ducts to clean by us just the building owner but which we told them but they still keep calling asked them to remove us from their call list and they obviously have not. When the call comes through on this number it comes through as long distance as it has a double ring to advise us of long distance. The number on our screen show local number

Yep, duct cleaning. I made up an address and phone number, said they would send someone by, Gave them a VISA number from and old gift card I had used up. Hope they show up :) It's about 200km from my actual house :)

Harassed us twice in one evening, once from this number, once from another 416-247 number. Same ignorant non-English speaking boiler room loser repeating "I am calling from Air Duct Cleaning", when I asked for the company name again, he got mad and blurted out a similar name, and then followed that up with "Ok? Ok? Air Duct Cleaning OK?"
The first call I laughed and said we're on the DNC list and hung up, but when they harassed me again a few hours later they didn't get the same polite treatment. I am fed up of these weak soliciting attempts by people who don't even have command of the language they're using to try and scam.
Filed complaints for both numbers and blocked the number on my phone.
