We have been getting calls practically daily for 2-3 weeks; they never leave a message.  (This is a good illustration of why we have had our answering machine on 24/7 for years now!)

got a call. picked up, no one at the other end. caller ID said V8141702 24900035. another for my call blocked bank...

i also received a call from this no. did not pick up what bothers me it is  my cell phone and wonder who is giving it out. it was also early this am in vancouver.

got a call at 9 a.m. and indian chap asked for MISTER Linda D. i said who's calling -- and he rambled something perhaps this Teleport mentioned above. Being polite this morning rather than my usual slam down, i listened as he started to say i'm lucky as i can have unlimited calling ..... cut him off and said i'm happy with my own provider and then clicked down. there are so many nuisance calls these days that's it getting to be like email spam!

Just got one at 8:34 in the morning. Out of allowable call times according to the CRTC. It kicked over to the fax so I don't really know who it is. This is the fourth time this number has called.

They called quite recently and we didn't answer as we thought it was something weird but now since I'm waiting for the call. Saying my order from cabelas is ready so I thought that's wat it was about so ya thx for letting me know people

Its telehop... they are annoying, hang up on them asap

Funny call came in this evening. Call display showed a V7201.....and Telephone number was 1-416-307-2041. Indian sounding accent claimed to be calling from Toronto. (Based on Call Echo Delay, I deduced this was not true as Toronto calls do no not have such a large echo time to them. Agent says his Name is mark and begins pitch for Telehop after confirming he has the right number. I confirm the correct number, but Iinform agent he is violating Canada's Do-Not-Call Rules. He makes up excuse that it is a predictive dialer. (they are predictive only if they are given a range of numbers to dial. Anyway, the youngish voice asks what type of phone provider I have. I reply that it does not matter, and ask for the number at  where HE can be contacted. He gives me a contact name of 'Mike Richardson Supervisor, Telehop, and 888-835-3467' I thank him for the info, and he apologized for calling since Iam on the DNC list. Tried Customer Service atTelehop. They put me on their internal 'Do-Not-Call' List, and I asked for the Fax number so that it can be stated in Writing. (we'll get to WHY in the next posting)

Said they were Telehop.  I hung up on her.

Harrassing, unsolicited call with argumentative male caller.  Has called 3 times and will not stop.

Just called and told me I was a good actor because I said I wasn't the person they were looking for.  Asked who the hell I was and mumbled something about long distance.  I hung up.

This number just called my house on the West Coast. Did not answer.

don't know.  answered call, there was that pause you get when its the computer dialling numbers.  Music came on, hung up.
