This is a Bell Canada number.
On April 2, 2010 and on April 8, 2010 they did not answer.
Today April 8, 2010, they answered.
They are calling on behalf of Bell Canada and some other Company that I did not get.

Called and upon saying hello, no one answered. I left the line open and off the hook for twenty minutes after that. Hehe.

Telemarketing for a company called CONNECTIONS. He said he was calling on behalf of Bell. Liar...he wanted to get us wireless internet. When if he was calling on behalf of Bell he should see we already have it. I told him not to call again, we were on the do not call list. I have blocked this call with my Bell Block feature.

They are still calling, and no message left, they have called 13x to my phone number and hung up each time, i have called back and a recorded message in hindu (indian) accent says that our executive will be with you shortly and loud hip hop music afterwards.  This is a loop that will continue to go on and on.  do these people not respect others privacy? I guess not

This shows a an INTERNATIONAL CALL on the call display, yet area code 416 is in Ontaraio.  Yes, dead air.  What about the DNL list?  Oh right, the list was SOLD to telemarketers!  Can't the government do anything right?

Bell Canada need to do something about crank calls in Canada. All these so-call phone companies, particularly Bell  Canada just keep on collecting money from Canadians but does nothing about crank calls.

I have also been getting calles from this number... 416-907-0599. When I pick up the phone, the line just stays quiet. Nobody is on the other side of the phone and when I call back, I get recorded message saying something like..." Our executive is busy, hold the line and your call shall be answered".

Attention all... I think it is Bell that is doing it so as to push customers to signing up for services like call block and call screen. This is a way for them to make money. If they are not responsible, then they should do something about it.

We should all demand Bell Canada to solve the problem because we know they can easily figure out where the call is coming from if they are interested in solving the problem.

We should all be calling Bell Canada. We should be calling Bell Canada everyday to disturb them too.

Person calls every day. Doesnt answer. When calling back, get a stupid message.

Got a call from this number today and ignored it.  After doing some research on it I have blocked it with my phone.

Somebody at this number keeps calling and not leaving messages or talking.   When I call back some heavily east-indian accented woman says  "Our 'isgashetuw'(indestiguishable due to accent) is busy right now, please stay on line,while I trasfer your call" Call is placed on hold to some very annoying music, message repeats several more times and then call disconnects.

This number keeps calling day and night!!!!!  If I find the Bastards, I'll toss that flipping phone in the lake!

Our Canadian Government sells the DNCL to USA call centers, they don’t have to follow Canadian laws and use it as a call list.

I've heard that some of these scams where they constantly call and no one's there is their way of finding when the best time to call your number is, then they sell that information to telemarketing companies.  The best thing to do is stop answering and the calls will probably stop.

Maybe calling them at all hours or sending emails to have numbers removed from their lists will work

dead air....not calling back - thats probably how they get paid.......
