It is a 24 hour protection company we use at our store. Someone entered the building before scheduled time and they alert others that have an account with them at the store to let them know, in case the police need to be alerted.

Since those line are for outgoing call only that why you cant call back at the number .

418-683-3634 is, as already reported, for Protectron Security. I received a call from that number late at night. I have a friend who has a Protectron system in her home and they were trying to get hold of her because they were getting a low battery alarm. I am one of her emergency backup numbers. No problem. It's not a sales call.
