These morons call and then don't say anything. Total silence. What's the point? Idiots. You call back and it disconnects. I reported them to the do not call complaint site, whatever good that does. Came up as ats nw inc. Telemarketers/scammers/spammers, same thing, are like a gnat that keeps flying around your head that you just can't swat. These people need to get a job that doesn't involve annoying others. Losers.

When you call a number back, you are providing them with the "previous business relationship" they need to call you forever even if you are on the DNC list.

Why do people continue to call these scammers back when they have no idea who it is?

A good rule to go by is that if you don't recognize the caller ID or have no idea who left the message DON'T ANSWER!

Caller hangs up when answered. I only answered as its a local number for me and when I called back it says all circuits are busy. WTF!!! I am so tired of these B***s*** calls and scams!

I just received a call from this # and same thing, hung up as soon as i answered. 2/23/13.

Caller ID said 'ATS NW Inc'.   Didn't answer, they left message to lower credit card debt.  Sounded like 'Rachel'.

Got a call to  this number also but I let answering machine take care of it. If it's ready important or legal call, the caller should have left message or  a return call number where I could reach them. Anyway, Caller ID says ATS NW INC and I did my research with no luck.

I got this call too, but also got some sort of heavy pervert breathing on the other end, then they hung up. I should call the police as well...

Tried to look up this number on white pages they wanted a fee for it ... shows up as Mountlake Terrace, and Lynnwood, and now Kirkland. Annoying to say the least. Must be a telemarketer... ? How do we report to the phone company or the authorities? I guess I will call police in the am... to find out...

Just got a call from this number, after saying hello, the caller hung up. I called it back but just got a fast busy signal. It is after 8 at night.  Annoying to say the least.  Then I googled the number and saw that this has been happening to other people.

At 8:41 pm September 14, 2012, we received a wireless phone call from 425-361-4219.
When I answered, there was only silence.  I hung up immediately.

This is the second phone call this week from this number.

SCAM calls from1-(425)361-4219 when you answer this call  it hangs up on you when you call it back it rings several times and than just hangs up or is silent due to it being an automated dialer.  This is the company who uses that number ATS North West in Lynnwood Washington there corporate number is 1-(425)778-0166. I called them and asked to be taken off there call list and that i was on the National do not call list. I checked with the attorney generals office and the fcc if you are on the do not call list it includes telemarketers, survey's, and charity/fundraisers unless specifically OK with you. They told me they are employed by Washington secretary of state Sam Reed and that they are a company that does political and corporate fundraising. And that they can do as they "f ing" please because they are backed by Sam Reed. I contacted Sam Reeds office in Olympia at 1-(360)902-4151. I was told they in no way shape or form are they connected with any charity company or fundraising company. That all they do is if a company calls in and says we are a fundraising or charity company based in Washington state  they can register them as a non profit or for profit company. Claiming to do what they say they do in Washington state. and is in no way shape or form connected to any of the registered companies. I was given a few phone numbers if you are getting hang up calls from this number or any number with area code {425} you need to file complaints at the attorney generals office1-800-551-4636/ (360) 753-6200 ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. Also at the  Washington secretary of state main office1-(360) 902-4151. And the better business Bureau 1(509) 455 4200. This company is also under fire as to be a scam company be very careful while dealing with them.

I got a call from this number at 9:32 am on December 7th. I could tell right away that the call was coming from a calling center by all the voices I could hear in the background.  The caller was a polite-sounding man so in a calm manner, I explained to him that I work nights and that I had just fallen asleep.  He said, "I won't take too much of your time." and then proceeded with his spiel.
(in a nutshell)
Caller: "I'm asking for you to make a donation this year so underprivileged children could have a Christmas this year."
Me: (half-asleep but quickly getting irritated) "I'm sorry, but I'm not able to at this time."
Caller: "Well maybe you could contribute to this package. For $49, you could provide a Christmas for 5 children. It's hard because usually these children don't have a Christmas to look forward to."
Me: I could understand that times are tough.  They're hard for me, too.  I had just started working again myself.  I'm sorry, but I can't AFFORD to make a donation at this time."
Caller: "I have another package you can contribute to..."
Me: *CLICK*

I got a call from this number Dec 5th and they asked me for a donation, when I said that I couldn't help them right now they ask me why and was really rude about it. I tried to call them back and all I got was a "this call cannot be completed at this time." Really strange...

got a call at 1:35 A.M.! from this number on December 3rd.  1:35 A.M.  I didn't answer it.  No one should call at that time except for family emergencies.

Don't know who this number is from but I wish they would stop calling.
