I got a call from Erica Wolters - the spelling of the last name she gave me about my son's debts. He lives in another state. She threatened jail time and implied my son had learned his behavior from me.

Caller left menacing message, saying "this is a collections call, an attempt to collect a debt, it is VITALLY important you return this call TODAY" My name is Rick Nice, yeah Rick Nice call me immediately at 425-939-1292 THIS IS EVERGREEN.


Sure glad for answering machine, I have no idea what hes talking about, he had a really bossy pissed off and threatening sounding voice.  Seriously Doubt if it is a debt collector, he is probably an info scammer. Don't give any information to these creeps.

Lady named Erica left a message....I sure hope she's not hang'n around waiting for me to call her back. I NEVER answer the phone for a number I do not recognize. So they can just keep on calling and never get an answer. They eventually give up. Don't those morons know about caller id and google??? I guess they think we're as stupid as they are. She left 425-939-1292 on the machine and 425-402-6646 was on the caller id.

Lady called my deceased fathers lienholder about him.  I'm guessing for his debts.  Guess what Erica?  Can't get blood out of a dead turnip if you know what I mean?

I received many calls at my home number from a person named Erica Walters, she acts like you are her best friend that she hasn't spoke to in many years. Now she is contacting my job and asking for my husband.

I had voice mails regarding to a lady named Erica to call back at (425)939-1292. So I called back and the lady picked up saying "this is erica" So i said what is this in regards to and first she don't know where she misplaced my file. Next she goes off saying why does a person need this many recreational vehicle. I told her it was none of her concern. Keeping clam the whole thing until she tells me that "I'm a spoiled brat and that I used my mommy as a tool." WTF? I never been insulted like that before over the phone. So i went off on and her, before I hung up. She mention that this was conversation was recorded and isn't going to help my case none.
