I just got a call from 440-617-5651. nobody spoke when i answered, so i called back 2x, and both times, it just said if you do not want to recieve calls from this number, and something about the do not call list, press 1 now, and so i pressed 1, then it said please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed, after I called them back the 3rd time. I've got caller id, and it was serve power, whoever that is!

This company is a telemarket company out of Westlake, Ohio.  Their phone number is 440-617-5613.  Their Company is called "Pro Telemarketers".  And they do NOT remove from their robot calling list.  Duke Energy is actually the company they are calling for.  I called Frontier Communications Company, our local phone provider.  They have a "free" block process that they can implement on your phone.  Takes about two days and is valid all over the state of Ohio, if you have Frontier Service.  You hit *60 after the call and it gives instructions on how to block it. Dominion Republic is of no help whatsoever, because they are not having the calls placed.  I will also file a report with the Federal Do Not Call list.

Go to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and file a complaint...let's flood their system with complaints! It's easy, do it now.

We've been getting daily calls from this number for weeks!  Sometimes a recording starts & sometimes there is nothing.....what a pain!

Spoke to unhelpful bureaucrat "Dan" at PUCO just now.  He claims Live Voice (caller) is not on an approved list maintained by the PUCO.    So calling PUCO is a waste of your time.  PUCO will just tell you to call the useless Attorney General...

I too have told them to stop calling 9 times now but like clockwork everyday comes a new call.  Searches show that that the carrier for the number is One Communications landline.  They appear to be an Earthlink company now  Has anyone contacted them and had any luck?  I am waiting to hear back from them.  Hoping to see if I can get some more information as I think the only way they will stop is via lawsuits.

They call 2 -3 times a day and even if i pick up on the second ring it goes to dial tone.  Please make it stop!
I don't know who it is, but I was assuming it may have something to do with the "Time Share Calls" I have been gettting since it is "Westlake OH".  Please make it Stop!

Just had one. I ripped shreds in the a**le. Next call i get will have a whistle close by. Or may pay a visit to these a**les. With a baseball bat.

Called repeatedly after I have called the number 5 times and selected to be removed from the list.  I have filed a comlaint at donotcall.gov.  They continue to harass and hang up when I answer and call every single day.  ANNOYING!

The OHIO PUCO can't help unless you know the name of the company. Live Voice is not listed.
I have now complained twice to the FCC. They have called  me 27 times since March 27. They have promised to remove my name from their calling list 5 times. They also tell me I am not eligible for their service.

I too get this call very often and would like someone to help us get rid of this wasteful call. Who can really help in this USA ?  By the way ,no one answers ,no sound !

Calls my phone twice daily-- tired of it--they do not leave message--answered once and they hung up on me.  Tired of the crap!!!

Been harassed by these calls from 440-617-5613 for the past few months.  The frequency has increased to about twice a day.  Did the "press 5" route and asked to be removed from their call list multiple times but no change.  Does anyone know who we can contact to make these stop?

I get a call from this number at least twice a day for the last several weeks.  They just don't stop!

Please have this company stop calling people. They will not stop calling. sometimes three or four times a day!!!!

this company calls several times wekkly about saving me money on my Duke Energy bill.  I do not have Duke Energy.  I have asked repeatedly to be put on their do not call list and assured each time that is being done as we speak but in a day or 2 I receive another call.  I want it to stop.

I HAVE complained to the Ohio Attorney General's office--repeatedly with no result.  I am now calling the real Duke Energy to complain to them.  They told me there is an approved suppliers list for the Electric Choice Program and of course this number does not show up.  She has coded our account so the list of suppliers no longer call us and Duke will not give out our number to future suppliers [riiiight!].  Can't imagine it will help but will try just about anything.  She gave me the number for the Public Utilities Commision and suggested I contact them too-- 1(800) 686-7826.

These jerks have been calling me at least twice a day for what seems like an eternity.  I don't know who they are, but I am ready to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.

I Just reported # 440-617-5613 to the FCC. It takes a little effort but it will be worth it as they are the ones that must handle it.

I just tried to find "Energy Source" in Westlake Ohio and they have no presence on the internet, if at all.
"First Energy" is in Westlake but the phone numbers they have listed in contacts don't align with this one.

There is a Cleveland company called 'Energy Source" that deals in batteries.

This outfit keeps calling for months now.  I ducked the call a number of gazillion times but in the last 2 weeks have hit the #5 button and waited for the live body, at least 6 times.  I've asked repeatedly for them to take me off the call list and they still call here twice a day.  They will NOT tell me the name of their company & just want my account number for Duke.  One woman I spoke with told me that their bugging me by way of my registered 'do not call' number is that they are just offering me something for free, not selling me anything..  I'm sure glad they have idiots that don't have a clue working for them...I'm thinking of taking them to small claims court for the max.

I assume this is a game of getting the account # so they can "slam" me into some plan that probably is a rip-off.
