I have been contacting this person via e-mail although it was obvious that it was a scam from the get-go. He/she went as far as to fake a certificate of ownership for the address he is trying to get me to pay him to lease. The best part is the address he is trying to get me to lease is a multi-million dollar luxury apartment complex....and he is showing me a certificate of ownership for the entire address HAHA.
