This number also had an extra 5 at the end.  I said "hello" and after a long pause, some said "hello" (had a heavy accent).  I then proceeded to hang up.

What does "being tagged" mean? And how does it work?  Thanks.

Got a call from a number shown as +44858301015.  When I answered all they did was listen but it sounded like someone was talking in the background in a very scary voice - almost threatening - It wasn't clear what they were saying, but it really spooked me.  They were breathing heavy so they wanted me to know they were on the line.  I hung up.  Then, the call came in again and I didn't answer and let it go to voice mail.  It was the same.  Heavy breathing with a muffled voice in the background saying something threatening but couldn't quite make out the words.  Jerks!

I got a call twice the first time was 858 301 015 and they asked if I was me and I said yes.. they hung up and called again 3 days later except they added 44 to the beginning of the number.. this time it was silence but I could hear someone listening... not to freak anyone out.. but all the stuff going on in this world.. one of my friends mentioned because of my prior service in the military I could have just been tagged by the government.. I have no reason to be spyed on but I'm getting sick of the calls and hearing somone listen like they are trying to get me to talk so they can tag my voice or something.

Go a call from this number about a minute ago expcet with a 5 at the end of it (448-583-0101-5). I said hello and heard a lot of background noise as if it was a call center. No one answered me and after a brief pause they hung up.

Just received a call from 448-583-10104 dead air, hung up and block it.

Got a call from this number today, only with a 4 at the end, so 448-583-0101-4.  Dead air and then a hang up.

Some a***ole answered after a long pause of dead air, then seemed like a call center background.  He asked for my boss and when I couldn't understand his foreign accent and asked if I could help him, he said "no" and hung up.
