FPC Global Solutions is a total joke!!! They supposedly have new owners as of 11/2012. Well the new owners are complete jerks. I guess I can only speak of one, Paul Schemitz. This man was rude, demanding, vulgar, and flat out told us that they have over 500 different accounts so ours really doesn't matter. He called us asking for money and had no idea what our company even did. I would tell you to run far and fast. Even though we had a contract with the other company, which they bought, HE said they have no obligation to us. Which is a lie since they purchased our contract when they purchased the company. Also they are claiming to have all rights to our website, that we already had running when we hired them to host it.

The call we got gives a Montreal number to call back, 514-504-2115.  Checked the caller number via voicemail feedback, and the call was placed from LAS VEGAS 702-244-4939.  Only name given was websiteoffer.com, but the speil was almost word for word from the one quoted earlier.
My first red flag was no toll free number.  Any legitimate company operating nationally should not be expecting you call at your expense.

FPC Global Solutions has all the makings to be a slick and smart scam.  Have you ever heard of website designers calling potential clients at 9:00 or 10:00 pm ??  Their websites seem like the typical website scam artist use.  Their corporate name is not even listed in the Canadian BBB files despite being a business based in Montreal Canada.  

These fools called me on a Sunday afternoon.  What company telemarkets on a Sunday ??  They left a message on my voice mail promoting a free website for me because I'm an attorney or in the legal field.  I believe its a scam because I am not an attorney or in the legal field.  Scam artist always steer you in a direction where you feel things are legitimate; hence, doing web design for a lawyer or law firm seems like a legitimate business dealing but, all they need to do is look my name up in the State Bar of Texas database and see that I am not an attorney. Heck, I don't even have a bar number nor have I ever been to law school.

I believe all of the positive comments on here are fake, the sample websites are fake and Peter and Stephen are fake names and identies.  They even have profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook yet, this does not mean they are real people or real identies.  Scam artist will go to great lengths to make you believe they are frank, open and honest when what they really want is to rob you blind.  I will never do business with this company because too many red flags have been raised.  Listed below is a transcript of the voice mail they left on my phone.

Hi, My name is Steven calling from the website offer dot com a web design company. I was wondering if you're interested in running ask offer you a free website for your business. We are present. Looking for a few free websites to give away in the industry of attorneys and legal industry, you know that Teddy's website to our portfolio and have our sales and use the mass models or examples to market our web design services to businesses that don't have website if you'd like to take advantage of this off and get a free website for your business. Call me tomorrow anytime in the day since I want to limit that I'm out of spots available. To be fair, this is on the first come first serve basis. Again, my name is Steven and our number here is (514) 504-2115. That's (514) 504-2115 ask for Steven were Peter. Thank you.

Agreed, nothing is free. You have to pay for your own web hosting. When I spoke to "Peter" on the phone he was courteous and informative. You pay only for web hosting (to a third-party company like godaddy) and you get the site design for free(ish). In return they ask that you accept phone calls or emails from other potential clients (some people get the free offer, some people get a regular offer?) as a means of recommendation.
I refused the offer because I am a web designer myself, I just called back to see what the deal was.My impression was that they're a legit, but small company.

@ vandetta mate shut your face biggest f****ng scam ever! I was recieving calls from a blocked number constantly last week and always hung up when I called. I now some how have a charge to my visa debit card in cad from global solutions! I have never purchased anything in cad I'm in Australia f**** me how they got my credit card details I only use it in Australia over the phone or on iTunes thank f*** for our debit card protection laws in this country I will get my money back in a few weeks and I hope someone breathes fire down their a***s (and yours for that matter)

These people are in business to help you promote your business on the web.  Try Googling them and see how easy they are to find.  You would think Googling their name would bring them up on the first page.  I had to finally Google the phone number and it took me to their contact page.

These people obviously find new business via the telephone, not the Internet.  That should tell you volumes.

Don't fall for it. Nothing is free, including the crappy website they are going to build for you.  I don't believe any of the glowing comments left about this company.  I believe they are all shills or someone so incredibly stupid that they do believe they just got a website for free.  They just haven't noticed the charge on their phone bill, credit card or the money taken from their checking account.

These A**les should be under investigation by the gov't for harassing our co. by calling 6 times a day even at 8:24 pm EST and hanging up everytime we answer. It's like they are taking a survey to see when people answer the phone. Hope they go out and business fast.

This is a call from Quebec (based on shown area code and number left on VM if not in the office),.  Whoever it is never stays on line if I answer.  Apparently wanting a return call on your dime.  I refuse to return calls from solicitors.  I decline to reply to out-of-country calls.  And I do not buy from anyone I do not know who calls me.

Unfortunately there is no do not call list for businesses even if you have your cell phone on as a business number, it's only for residential numbers and if your business is in a residence it is still considered a business number for solicitation purposes

well your probably right. they may be legit may not though likely not. If it were a real solid business they would get plenty of sales right from internet.  we try and try but will never stop these people using the phones. well I must say its nice to hear someone apologize for calling late. ive gotten several calls from this company over last several months and i dont have a company . I even talked to guy once and told him it wouldnt do me any good for that reason, but I just got a call again.
