Person called to speak with my husband. Said he was calling to confirm his order of some sort of detox program he signed up for online. When I told him we did not want any free trial he said if I would hold on he would give me the customer service number to cancel and then hung up on me.

Got a call from this number, says "Arizona Number" on the caller ID and of course leaves no message when the machine picks up.

I got a phone call from this number over 4 times last night and ignored it, because I figured if it was important they would have left a message... They did not and when I would call there was a faint sound in the back round, a hang up and then a call back. Little odd.. But I am sure that teaches us to try to find things online

Same thing is happening to me. I actually just answered it now and it was a representative from Acai Berry Tropic...don't enter your phone number or they will call!!!

calls mid day.  2 at a time, one after the other. 4 ring hangups with no message left

called 2 X  and didnt leave voice message....

I did look at the Acai adonline and started filling out the 30 day thing for s/h charges only app....   THEN i saw it wasnt free !!

so I didnt complete it...

this number keeps calling my phone, even after i emailed them, told them i dont want them to call my number anymore. they also seem to call me from st. petersburg Florida under the number 727-302-8114.....

if it the acai berry people, remember to watch your bank accounts as you may have a $150 withdrawal for s/h charges.

The 480 is Scottsdale / Tempe Arizona. The Acai company - I guess they are affiliated with Robeks, a Natural Soothie store here in the Phoenix area.

We've had the same deal as several of the other posters.  We sometimes get calls from this noumber 2 or 3 times a day, in pairs of calls, within a few minutes of each other. When the machine picks up, they hang up.
HOWEVER - I gave this a try:  I entered 480-478-7060 in the reverse lookup box at zabasearch.com, and  I was redirected to an Intellius page that says the number is a landline in Phoenix, and gives the location on a map.  Of course, if you want more info from Intellius, you have to pay for it, but with the first page showing a location on a map, even if it's just approximate, these goons are probably not as unreachable as they think they are.
I'm going to see if my phone company has such a thing as per-number call blocking.

Got a call from 480-478-7060.   When i picked up
no one was there...but it did not disconnect.

I receive at least two calls a day on my cell phone.  When I answer no one speaks but a few seconds later I hear it hang up.  I called the number on my caller ID to tell them to quit calling me.  I heard some chatter when they answered but they then immediately hung up.  They're using my cell minutes and I want it stopped.

Received this call every day for the last 3 days.  Hangs up with the VM kicks in

Keep getting this call about 4 times aday on MY CELL. Don't leave a message, and when I call back, I get a answering machine. Not sure what's going on here.

What your accounts--these guys also put spyware in your computer if you have ever responded to a survey--they disguise themselves as various professional organizations ABA, AMA, APA, etc. they will infect your computer with the "directdr" virus. Don't play with it--get it removed immediately and notify the FTC--these are scumbags and frauds.

I keep getting these calls from this compnay , they call about 2 times a day. I call back and then a message states that please hold while we connect your call. I reccomend putting this number a do not call list at  ths website https://www.donotcall.gov/ .
