THEY WORK TO ROB YOU IS THAT REALLY WORTH IT MORALLY..
I RATHER PAY WELFARE TO AN HONEST PERSON WHO CANT FIND AN HONEST JOB THAN TO THESE BIG BANKS AND COMPANIES( WHICH WE DO IE.. BAIL OUT PACKAGE, AND NOT TAXING THE WEALTHY) TO CREATE B***S*** JOBS LIKE THESE THAT SOME POOR UNEMPLOYED PERSON IS HIRED TO SCAM POOR UNDER EMPLOYED PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY.....
I DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR THOUGHT PATTERN. ANY JOB IS NOT A GOOD JOB. AND THE ONLY PEOPLE ON WELFARE IN THIS COUNTRY IS THE RICH.

Total scam. They called our cell phones and offered a "free cruise" and as they told me the website I saw this one right below it and I told him I would call back later and he got very rude with me. I feel sorry for the people that work there, no better job out there I guess today than targeting innocent people for their money. DON"T FALL FOR IT

You're one of them! (i feel sorry for those nutbars who said those things at you, Mike. Don't worry, they will EXPLODE!) why dont you guys just sell pillow pets? They are hot on the market.(no, wait, you'll just help the pillow pet fraud epidemic!)

sounds like a good deal but researched and found many disappointed people further down the road, use travel websites to find cruise deals that are a sure shot.

no, really 2011-06-06 20:49:35 Unknown
No, those comments weren't spam, they gave me a great deal on a trip to the South Bronx.
Oh it was great, what a deal too. they even came and cut my grass while I was away, and picked up all the dog s**t too.

Didn't answer. No message left. Thanks to this site, I will continue to not answer.
jason 2011-06-06 20:49:35 Unknown
cool ... i suggest taking the trip out of New Orleans, it is so worth it to travel there. We are from Houston so we easily could have traveled out of Galveston but decide to spend a couple days in New Orleans, as well. The French Quarters were awesome, and it was like we got to take two vacations: a cruise an NO.

Yikes, I'm glad I didn't answer...

Not only did this company call me to try to sell me on some crappy cruise deal but when I hung up I received another call the same person immediately after making all sorts of inappropriate comments about having sex with my wife.
kirby 2011-06-06 20:49:35 Unknown

Actually; that is a real job, sad, but true. Just remember these people could always be sitting at home living off of welfare but instead choose to actually work what has to be one of the crappiest, least rewarding jobs in the world.
K 2011-06-06 20:49:35 Unknown
What a freaking scam. These people need to get real jobs.
PoetA 2011-06-06 20:49:35 Unknown
they even scammed this site. One day, people, you'll find your own phone bombarded and we will laugh victoriously!

I bought a package, but Im afraid that ive been scammed...
Here is something I have found...
From a FORMER employee:
To everyone who is a member to any one of the below listed fraudulent companies:
... I wish to say that I am sorry... I had no Idea this company that I worked for was like this. Please take this information and do what you have to do with it.
Royal Palm Vacations, Travel Services USA, United Vacation Network, Suncoast Vacations, Suncoast LLC, World Vacations, Imperial Incentives... and many more names... all the same company... many different lawsuits with Atty generals and the state of FL... All ran out of Tampa Bay... (Largo, FL) actually.
For all of you Royal Palm members... there is NO office in Nevada... we were told to tell you that so you could not find where they were...
Google any of the above listed names, or look on ABC Action News of Tampa Bay... and search any of those above names... you will see big news reports of scams...
They never have any vacations available to you... if you place a request for vacation, they will respond "sorry, no avail" which means no availability... when they never even check. For airfare, we used the same websites that you at home do... travelocity, orbits, and expedia... then we would add a percentage to that price because we had to make some money too... So, all this company does is take your $3000.00 - $6000.00, and your ASC (Annual Service Charge). Then they sit there, and do nothing except to reply to you..."sorry no avail" and continue collecting your ASC every year...

To anyone who is a member of any one of those listed fraudulent companies, ... I highly suggest contacting the Florida Atty General, and the Nevada Atty General... good luck all...
FYI: Christy Daniels is the Office Manager (she was in prison for a few years because she was running a fraudulent business before working for these companies... funny huh?!), Amanda is the office supervisor... and the owner of all those false and fraudulent businesses is... Nick Congleton.

It is very interesting to read this site. There are many comments from people that reacted to a telemarketer but NO comments from people that bought the package and went on the cruise.
I cannot say that Travel Services US is legit. They made me an offer, I listened and considered it. I have been burnt in the past so I asked lots of questions. All answers are consistent with information I have learned.
They claim $97 per person for taxes. Sounds high but I do not know the tax rate for vacation travel, I assume it is higher than a usual 5-7% state sales tax. (anyone know the answer?) Then there are port charges, $80-100 per person. Expected, if you have been on a cruise before there are port charges and I have paid a lot higher through the other company. One charge not mentioned which has nothing to do with the travel agent is the mandatory gratuities charge. That goes to the workers on the boat, again, high but legit. All cruise companies charge this.
One other fraud/complaint site: http://www.complaints.com/2010/october/7/FRAU ... _SCA_243516.htm
This person cried scam when charged $297 up front. Well, they tell you $97 per person. X 2 people is $194 plus the stated port charges. Maybe it was $50 per person so it all adds up.
I'm not defending them, but if you are ignorant and just ranting and raving, I don't have time for you. If you have been on a cruise you KNOW there are taxes AND port charges. No getting around it. I want to hear from someone that bought the package and found out later that there were all kinds of hidden charges, fees, memberships, restrictions and what-not. Testimony from THAT kind of person is valuable to me. Like I bought from First Class Vacations and have regretted it for two years, and I have details. But this site is for complaining about Travel Services US.
I see lots of compliments and then other entries claiming that they are spam. And lots of complaints about a telemarketer.
I'll bet someone comments that I am a spammer. what ever
Thanks for reading.
