Unfortunately, I am on shift work, so these calls during "normal" business hours wake me up. I believe but cannot prove (so this OPINION folks!) that this is that company that used to blow a ship's whistle at you and talk about Capt'n -something or other-, and how you won a free cruse, and all you have to do is pay some kind of costs that sound like they are minimal but are HUGE. Also, if I recall correctly, you have to use flights and hotels at prices very much higher than others easily found.

The cover of "a political survey" is -I believe- to get around the no-call list. The true intent, again in my OPINION, is to get the cruse in front of you without falling afoul of the do-not-call list laws which would otherwise be violated.

The name of company on Caller ID is LOWER INTEREST RATE and they do leave a message. They call a lot regardless of being on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

I received 2 phone calls about a week apart from each other, but no message was left.

they call me twice but said nothing

Also received call.  Didn't answer as unrecognized number.  They left no message.

This number calls me repeatedly and hangs up when I answer the phone.  No messages are left when voice mail picks up.

they never talk just use minutes up. can someone in Kentucky help find this jirk.

Cell phone was turned off.  Voicemail left around 6 p.m.  Four seconds of silence.

Another recorded call from "Rachel" about lowering credit card rates. This is the  third call today....one on my cell phone....and nothing  seems to stop these idiots. I think it would be worth my lawyer's fee  just to see if HE  could do something!

This is the "free cruise" scam hiding behind a "political survey."  I stayed on the phone to find out who these scam artists are and supposedly a travel agent will call me.  Will update if I find out who they are.  I'm on DNC, too.

I received 502-873-0247 call so many times on my cell phone. This call must be from middle-east terrorists or evil guys. We need to fight them back!!!

just received another call from 5028730247, no message again. They just hold on and then hangs up.

Someone just called a few minutes ago.

Called my landline, didnt answer, they left nothing. Seconds later called my cell they have ID set on private. If you dont want me to know who you are when calling, I aint gonna answer.
