This number is a scam.  If you think that that is how the Chinese government works you need to pick up a newspaper.  Mostly the Chinese government funds its military from buying United States debt while Americans argue amongst themselves like children.

Same crap as everyone else call I answered they hang up tried to call back couldn't get thru they called again didn't answer they left no message

Does anyone else here do business with cabelas? I know they "rent" their customer phone numbers.

I am also getting this call no message.

Do they hang up before the outgoing message kicks in?  Perhaps they call to see if there is a name associated with the number.  I never give my name on my outgoing message.

I got this call and discovered when I got home tonight that my email had been hijacked as well, looking at the times of the two events, my email had sent spam messages to all my contacts about 20 minutes after the phone call. I immediately changed the password to my email. I wonder how that happened....

I never answer unknown numbers, if they are family, friend, client or supplier they'll leave a message. Internet search lead me here.

Just got this in North Carolina... on my cell phone, same recording about boarding passes for a cruise. How do I report this to the proper authorities?

received this call @ 7:30p CST on my AT&T cell. RARELY get b.s calls on that line. 3rd time in 6 years maybe...

I got the call a few minutes ago, however when i was younger i worked for a telemarketing company and we were located in Utah but our call system was routed through several other businesses so our area codes would show up on the east coast so the caller may not necessarily be in Oregon.

for Texas residence - if your recieve a call go to http://www.texasnocall.com/ and register your phone number and if you get a call from them again you could file a lawsuit againt that company for call you.

It a automated message trying give away a cruise to compelte a questionaire. I recieved this on my cell phone. I want to know how they got my cell phone. but it I do find out they might be looking at a lawsuit

Just got this call on my CELL less than 2 minutes ago! Never seen this number let alone this area code before. Thank goodness, I didn't pick it up and looked up the area code. Don't know anyone from Oregon, which made me skeptical of course.

I got this call too but never answer stupid numbers like this, you know its a scam or a bill collector.

I'm in Eugene Or and I just got a call from that phone number. I answered and got an instant beep beep beep.

i just got a call from this number 3 minutes ago. It's a scam!! It was a machine recorded voice saying something about me getting free tickets for a cruise. I just hung up I didn't hear the whole message. Obviously a scam. Next time I wont be answering. Just ignore this number and don't call them back. Too bad my cell phone company has no option of blocking phone numbers...

I just got the call 5 minutes ago here in Seattle. I didn't answer---no voice message either. Weird..

I just got a call from this number (I'm on Oregon) and it's some recording with a bunch of other noise trying to exchange answers to personal questions for cruise tickets. Total scam from a bunch of scumbags

Just got a call, answered and then it hung up immediately.

Rec'd this call 2:10 PST and answered it.  Automated recording claiming to be running a 10 question opinion poll and providing two boarding passes for all inclusive cruise in Nassau, Bahamas.  (Doesn't say they'll get you to Nassau.)  1 to participate, 3 to supposedly be removed from their list.  Disconnects after 50 seconds if you don't do anything.

Area code is from Oregon.  Mine is 585 in NY.  Just another jerk looking for a mark.  Did not answer. No message
