Got another call from this exact same #, same name/number o show up on my caller ID.

I don't have a credit card, and never will so I know it's a 100% scam

I CONTINUE TO GET THESE CALLS.  HAVE  PUSHED NUMBER TO OPT OUT.  TODAY 5X SO FAR.  I WANT THIS STOPPED.      MY NUMBER   423-614-6824

I have been getting calls from this number and others. When I try to call back one says "press 1 to remove " The other one says "press 3 to remove" I have done so multiple times. If I talk to a person and ask to be removed they hang up. The guy today was exceptionally rude. I told him I have asked to be removed several times and I was recording every call from his company. He said you can't. I said yes I can and I can and will sue you for harrassment. He said I'll call tomorrow. I said go ahead and I'll see ya in court . and I hung up. I'm gonna call Better Business Bureau and I'm recording all calls.

Credit card interest rate reduction scammer. Hung up when I asked the company name.

Rachel AGAIN!!!   I've gotten so many of these calls, I could SCREAM!!!  But all I can do is add them to my phone blocking.  I've gotten over 3 dozen calls from "Credit Services" with different caller ID's or blocked caller ID's over the years.  Each time I block them, they change their caller ID number.  The caller ID number is probable spoofed.  I have blocked the entire 503 area code this time.  If a legitimate caller is from area code 503, they are out of luck!

How do these obvious scammers sustain themselves??  Is there someone out there who takes their bait?  If they are so badly in debt that they nibble, then they would be too poor to be fleeced, Right?

I guess these cockroaches can subsist on the dream of really hitting the jackpot with some rich fool.

Can Rachel and the scammers be stopped?

I got the same call as above.  Usually their number is hidden but not so this last time, 3/12/2012.  I called back to request my phone be removed.  The male rep said, "Tough sh##, we will keep on calling and there isn't a d##n thing you can do about it."   He hung up.  The next day 'card services L' called again and I again called back.  This time the male rep answered using (I suppose) his real name, Ethan Jackson.  As soon as I spoke he recognized my voice and hung up.  I filed a report.   I'll bet he was kicking himself all day long for answering using his name.  What a D.A.  :)

Robo call identified by recording as "CARD SERVICES".  I have been receiving calls all morning.  I pressed 3, but they called again. Next call, I pressed 1, hoping to get a name or address to better report this company, but the woman hung up on me.

I pressed 1 again on the next call, but the guy hung up on me when I said I have no balance on my credit cards.

I have Comcast Infinity phone service. One feature of this service is "Selective Call Forwarding". I just send these and all other idiot callers to a phone number that I know had been disconnected. I never hear from them again.

These idiots call several times a day.  When I pressed 1, I got a guy on the line who asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card rates.  I said no, but I would like you to stop callng me.  He said "Sorry bi*** - people in hell want ice water" and then hung up.  Seriously - this is ridiculous.

I have had several of these calls from this number but next week they will change the number and call with the same credit card message.

Called machine and hung up. Am on the DNC...a worthless govt. agency. Also called today by the following associated numbers according to other posts:

2-22-12:  This is continuous, for the last 2 years.  Already 7 calls this year.  A different number each time they call.  The message says "press 2 to opt out" but they continue to call anyway.  I've reported these calls for 2 years to the DO NOT CALL registery, and have been reporting them to the FCC, to no avail.

Just got a "robocall" from this number with "Rachael" who says nothing is wrong with our c.c. but we can have lower interest rates. Pressed 1 to speak with a representative, as we have opted out of the recording several times before.  Got a very rude, perverted, and nasty jerk on the phone who made sexual comments and said that he dared me to report him because this time next year, he would still be answering the phone.

Lower your interests rates... Last chance... ya right!  They keep calling about every other day...

Second call from this number. Why are they calling if we are on the do not call list?

Got a call from this # today.
Caller ID said, "Card Services L"

It looks like they only changed there name, and are calling/scamming more people again.

It looks lie the FTC needs to do more work to catch them, again.

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID showed the number only.  I didn't recognize the number, so let voice mail pick up.  A message was left telling me that I can lower my interest to as low as 6%.  Press 1 to speak to a representative or press 3 to be removed from our list.  There is no mention of a company name or anything identifying who the caller is representing.  My credit card is no longer valid and the debt already has a 6% apr applied to it until it is repaid.

Got a call from 503-563-0072 @ 10:57 PST. I have a LG800G Tracfone and never setup my voice mail. When someone calls who's a unknown number, my phone blinks once and i never hear a sound plus no one can leave a VM, i love it.

how come they are still in business and calling me twice a day? Dont get me wrong - the fines and trying to shut them down is great - but it has done nothing to stop them.

The nice long post by the FTC is great - but they still call me twice a day almost everyday with
the same crap as always - it might have stopped them for a day or two, but they are right back at it.

LM  Rachel that says she is from cardholder services has called from I know three different numbers. One number yesterday was 503-457-1085 and this morning from 503-563-0072.
I have never pressed 1 to speak to a person or tried to call the number either as my time can't expire because I don't have and never have had a credit card. I use a Visa Check card and it pays the instant it is used. So there is never a balance.
I just report the call to the national do not call registry each time they call.

We keep getting calls regarding interest on our credit card.  We never make payments, always pay the full bill on time.  When I ask what credit card they are calling from, they hang up.  Most of the time when one of these characters call, I hang up.   When I do press the #1 button to find out what is really happening, I have asked to be taken off their list.  Of course this does not happen and I am almost positive someone is trying to get our credit card id information.

Recieved a call from this number on Friday, Feb 17th at 12:10PM PST. I did not recognize the caller on my Caller ID so I let my answering machine do the dirty work and take the call for me. And yes their machine began talking to my machine. As soon as their machine ended the call I erased the message.

On the third call in a five day period, after pressing 1 to be removed from the list, I finally called back.  Talked to a person who mocked and swore at me when I requested to be removed (yet again) from their calling list.  She refused to pass me on to a supervisor or give me her employee number. Laughed and called me a bi**h.   This place is a scam.

Got a phone call from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.  
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left a message.  (Lower rates, final notice [if only!])

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.  
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)  

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.  
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)  
We should all pile on.

Numerous calls from this #.  When I called back received a VM that supposedly put me on the DNC list.  Fingers crossed!
