This so annoying.Never pick it up.Most of the time it's a prank call from friends or enimes to get a smile or to get back at you.Never pick it up just hang up.Use this lesson.

I've even tried answering when they call but i don't say hello or anything i remain quiet n after bout a min of not even someone on the other end saying anything n me not saying anything... i hang up. Or they hang up.

Just got called by this number, missed the call. Left no message it did not look familiar so I went online to research it is apparently a political call.  How did the b*****ds get this number? Don't answer this call.

I get a call every frickin day from them using a different phone number to call from.  Since do not call registry does nothing Ive started filing a formal complaint with the FCC.  FCC.gov

My phone number is listed on DO NOT CALL list.

Called and when I called # back 503-902-8290 to see why they called -it was a survey scam......
I am on the no call list.....how can they still call me????

Got the same call yesterday. When I called back to check, found out is a survey. Apparently Do Not Call lists and unlisted numbers no longer work in this technological world.

This number just called my cell. Didn't answer. Thanks you all. Just added that number on block list in my cell.

They call too much, just got another call and didn't answer

Got a call from them today. Picked up and no one answered. Hung up and they called right back but same thing. Called them back and got the message about survey ended.

They just called me and left no message.

Sounds much more like a tea (pee?) party trick to me....

Same here - just silence on the other end. I didn't see a Caller ID, though, just their number.

Got a call 5 minutes ago.  Did not answer.  Thank goodness for caller ID, I don't answer any number I do not know.  These scammers will never go away and you cannot block them all.  I will continue to operate on the premise that if I want something, I will call them.

Another survey and when you call back it says this survey has ended.

Not a "phishing" scam but it is a telemarketing call, so if you don't recognize the name PO America, don't answer it.

They call and just stay silent been calling my num for a while now.

Got a call from this number AGAIN promising a Caribbean cruise upon completion of a poll. Caller ID says "PO America", standing for "Pissed Off America" since it was from an obvious Obama supporter group based on the wording and the scumbag trick offer of a "free" cruise. Nah, it probably stands for "Piss On America" and tell them it's raining jobs.
